  1. True but without that Culture winning is rare. Look at NE , Sea when they were winning , SF , even Pitt to an extent. All inputed their culture and winning followed. A collection of talent rarely Trump's a TEAM
  2. Lol. That's why both teams took enormous cap hits to get rid of them. If you never played the game at a high level that's fine , but you might not understand how important that locker room culture is. It's absolutely necessary for winning . How many playoff wins does AB and OBJ have? Exactly
  3. Have you played the game ? Even if not , if we made that OBJ trade , it goes against everything coach has preached for 3 years. Culture, process, hard work. The message that would send to the WHOLE TEAM would be negative imo. It would have a negative reaction to what I perceive as a Bills team that is on the up n up. It's deeper than the numbers and talent. He doesn't fit our team, our process, our culture . He wouldn't equate to more wins for sure imo. I've been hearing whispers in North Jersey since 2017 about OBJ. How many playoff appearances does this "top 5" player have?!? Exactly
  4. Could potentially disrupt and kill everything Beane and McD have built culture wise. Especially with Robert Foster to develop.
  5. Of course not. Giant fans consider him a nut job , and his talent kinda pushed that aside but with a new , well respected regime , they are all about building the culture there. What good is he to your future franchise QB if he's consistently unstable and causing issues in the locker room? Add in a pedestrian season , injury prone and they had enough of him. I'm personally glad we didn't move on him , I love what we're building and an OBJ just doesn't fit in imo. Julio Jones? AJ Green? Sign me up all day.
  6. Robert Foster an UDFA rookie went for 27/541/3 , I'd rather not disrupt his development , keep my 1st n 3rd and Jordan Poyer and keep my locker room stable. Browns have Callaway and Perriman , I don't understand why you make this move with young talent you're developing and giving up high end draft capital
  7. Him and Gettleman have a very personal relationship , OBJ is mentally unstable and took a big step back. 77 rec 1052 yds 6 TD. None of those are top 15 for WR. People on here get so caught up in the name and the TV coverage . SMH. Looks great on paper, I got a feeling it won't look as good on Sundays
  8. For the record. And I'm from North Jersey , well in tuned with Giants/Jets fans daily , OBJ wasn't even the best offensive player on his team last year. ?
  9. Gettleman is well respected. I'm thinking the other way- why are you so quick to give up Odell after handing him that contract. Obviously something ain't right. Browns looking good on paper but we'll see how that works out for them. I'm not as optimistic as others
  10. 1st , 2nd AND starting Safety. Definitely not cheap . .. if that's me at GM , that's a very tough choice
  11. Another Upgrade ??? Beane really killing it. Setting this OL up for some nice competition and putting the 5 best on that line. Morse is going to make everyone around him better. Beane just turned around the worse ol in the league in one year and still has 10 picks. ?
  12. I been saying this since last year. Him AND McDermott both had the same vision and blueprint for this roster to sustain long term success. Him and the HC are on the same page and have been very calculated and you can see they're building something potentially special
  13. Very impressed with the contracts Beane has handed out. Thank you Carolina for grooming him and McD. They're going to be around here a long time. Calculated, intelligent , patience. Had a blueprint and vision 3 yrs ago and let it play out , the league will know the Bills arrived in 2019
  14. Ppl - they had the 30th ranked D compared to our 2nd ranked , we did not have similar needs , they are a Mess on defense and lost and didn't replace their #2 CB
  15. Rightfully so but am I the only one who feels Foster can be a legit #1?
  16. The Landon Collins contract is nuts to me too.
  17. First off, what a game. Morse was a beast in the pass game. It looked like NE just stopped even trying to attack him with their pass rush , impressive performance , what an upgrade for Allen and this OL, he's going to make everybody on that line better..
  18. Exactly. It will elevate the whole OL. I see alot of ppl down on Teller , I mean he was a rookie on an overall atrocious OL. He's basically a question mark, he showed glimpses , we'll get a much better idea of Teller during his second year Training camp. But of course the more competition the better
  19. And I wouldn't trade them for any S duo, at least for this scheme. Unbelievable value with those two
  20. NFL Network added some great perspective. "That locker room just got better" " Gore might be the most respected guy in the League" 4.6 ypc in 18. Most ypc in 4 years. Gore said he spoke to many teams but "The Bills wanted me" and "Shady wanted me" I get the jokes and memes but Don'tsleep on this signing. Could be a steal when it's all said and done at 2 mil. This is an overall young team, especially offense, he adds tremendous value in the locker room and looking at him play last year , adds definite value on the field.
  21. ? I would have loved that pickup.
  22. 4.6 ypc last year Highest graded RB in AFC EAST. Relax people. It's 2 mil
  23. Crazy contract , it's a passing league, Landon is a liability in coverage . Hyde/Poyer combined don't even make that much and I'd take either over Landon ,at Least for this scheme
  24. Or the Jests . Man he's the only defender I really wanted though
