I agree on Greedy but we're so stacked at CB. Levi and Taron are great talents imo. I could see both turning into pro bowlers. EJ and Kevin Johnson are very good if they can stay healthy . So we have 5 CB who are legit and we're paying peanuts for them. Unless Greedy is on another level on their board I don't see them going CB

Good points, I mean we have so much flexibility right now , it's pretty unbelievable. They'll definitely go BPA but I'd also like to add to the defense and make it super elite , though I don't see many starting spots available besides Left End I'm guessing. But still , adding a good-great player on D never hurt anybody , even if he's a backup or used in sub packages . Great depth is imperative in making a legit playoff run.

If Metcalf or Jawan Taylor is there I'd be very intrigued but I know Beane and Co will go BPA and I definitely trust their decision making ability

RD 1, Pick 9: DT Ed Oliver, University of Houston
JerseyBills replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
WOW!! McBeane did it again❗ 2017 RD1 Pick 27 - Tre White 2018 RD1 Pick 7 - Joshua Allen 2018 RD1 Pick 16 - Tremaine Edmunds 2019 RD1 Pick 9 - Ed Oliver THIS IS HOW YOU BUILD WINNING TEAMS FOLKS! Obtaining elite talent on rookie deals I think these 4 will all have multiple pro bowls and be cornerstones at their positions! McBeane hit another bomb in Round 1 with Oliver!! I can't believe he made it to 9 , Bills brass must be thrilled they were able to snag a blue chip prospect and immediate starter without giving up any draft capital! I think Williams is better now but Oliver has the higher ceiling I've said it before and I'll definitely say it again - we struck GOLD with the Combination of Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane , and everybody in between. -
Big Trade for picks 2-10 incoming per Schrager

Seriously. Instant starter, fantastic compliment to Hughes . Our DL would be deep and very very talented!! -
Q Williams!! ?? He'll be the closest thing to Aaron Donald in the game

Insider info from my friend if anyone wants it.

They might like Oliver but they LOVE Q Williams , this is coming from someone at One Bills Drive .. Just don't like starting these type of threads cause ppl tend to get crazy lol. If they can get him for a reasonable swap , they are going after him. Feel he's a generational talent , fits scheme and the process! -
I actually anticipate it happening. We have so much flexibility. I feel he's super Elite, I see Aaron Donald in his game. Fits the process. I think they love one of these top 5 picks and we have the Luxury to trade up n forfeit draft capital because we have Zero glaring holes and solid depth throughout roster! Q would be an instant starter and impact Maker

I don't think it makes much sense for KC because of Dee Ford. I just don't understand why u get rid of a 34 edge rusher for a DE that never played in that scheme professionally. Plus you're giving up a first rder. Kinda off to me. Both will demand similar contracts. Basically swapped out a proven elite pass rusher in ur system for an unproven Edge rusher in said system, while losing a 1st. ? ??? I agree that Clark is a helluva player but so was Ford. And we've never seen Clark in this scheme as a Professional

The 5th Round Pick from AJ McCarron
JerseyBills replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nonetheless , a helluva trade. Not sure how Beane pulled that off. We got slot of Ammo heading into Thurs. I think he'll be wheeling and dealing all 3 days. You know what else I like more and more? The Star signing. We got a starting DT for the next 4 yrs who is a valuable piece to this Defense and scheme -
Carr has been almost fascinating to me . He was an MVP candidate in 2016 , on a Raider team that was expected to be legit SB contenders and then suffered that horrific injury in week 16. He and the Raiders been basically all down hill since then . I guess it was the injury, I'm not sure , but I'm fascinated how much worse he has been since Week 16 of 2016. Again, a legit MVP candidate , 2 years later and alot of folks don't even consider him a Franchise QB. Very intriguing player and situation. And yes , Gruden has been cringe worthy up to this point. Just makes me appreciate McBeane that much more , seeing how bad these coaches/gm combos are working out. Think we struck gold with these 2 and they'll be in Buffalo for a long time

I don't think it's as big of a need as it looks on paper. Usually only 2 LB on field. Edmunds and Lorax never come off field. Milano sounds like he recovered nicely. Stanford is good depth and Alexander is a S/LB hybrid. Good addition for the Big Nickel . He can play and I'm assuming McD has a vision for him on this team. I'm sure they also add a rookie or 2 on day 2 and/or 3
