No reason to compare him to Allen. He doesn’t think jones will win the mvp, rather is a “dark horse” candidate. The pats are seen as a 💩 team this year by most (other than Tannenbaum). If things go right for the Pats and they have success and make the playoffs he thinks Jones will be their driving force and the reason for their success. We may have dominated him last year, but he was still a good QB. Rodgers won the MVP and didn’t win a playoff game. Jones doesn’t have to win the SB to be a dark horse candidate. I get the gripes about McD…..but wouldn’t the chargers and Bucs also fall as Staley and Bowles have never made the playoffs in combined 6 full seasons. McD has only missed the playoffs once. if you include coaching in the rankings, McD and the Bills would absolutely jump the Bucs and chargers (if they were ranked above them to begin with).

I agree that Brandt is the star, but schrags might be the next one to move on. He knows the gig is up and it’s time to maximize his earnings before the ship sinks. I think he’ll try and be a game day sideline reporter, combine reporter in the offseason. Brandt may just try and carry the show and use it as a springboard for his podcast. Then just focus on his podcast and be a celebrity host/speaker for events. Staying on the show does more for Brandt
