  1. My girlfriend and I are doing some Keto/Atkins the last month or so because we're both diabetics. It's definitely helped me in terms of blood sugar yet not noticed a drop in weight but I'm not overly hefty at 5'5" 140#. We both need to hit the gym again though as we used to go 3x a week but she broke her foot a about a year ago but not been back since.
  2. There aren't a lot of quality skilled players due to be UFAs next year. Yet the few that are out there are likely to be franchised. I'd love to see us grab Anthony Barr as an example yet can't see Viking let him walk.
  3. I blame Lebron because he alienated (see Kyrie Irving) or forced his better team mates away because of his bloated salary.
  4. LBs are the RBs of the defense. It's rather obvious, look at the salaries LBs get compared to D-lineman or high end CBs. It's a lot less.
  5. Smooth because it's easier to spread on other things besides bread. See chocolate, on a protein bar put in oatmeal etc.
  6. Likely because most teams feel that LBs are a dime a dozen, as usually they're reliant on what the D-line in front of them do and as long as have enough speed and are strong tacklers you can get away with drafting one later than sooner.
  7. Chan made a pretty good offense from a 7th Round QB, an undrafted RB and a 7th Round WR work. I actually think the year Ponder came out we intended on taking him in the 2nd Round yet the Vikings beat us to it by taking him in the first.
  8. If we free up a roster spot I'd think a veteran WR be worth while especially with Zay Jones being a question mark. I mean a one year deal on Dez Bryant, Jeremy Maclin, Kamar Aiken or Dontrelle Inman be worth a flier.
  9. 22, will Jenny McCarthey save me?
  10. Kraft Real Mayonaise. Heinz Ketchup Slim Jims
  11. Except for the defense when he made us go 3-4 after being a 4-3 base. Which lead us to take Troupe etc. I'm also upset we drafted Spiller when had Lynch and Jackson already on the team, we could have used that pick to draft Dez Bryant and done so much better in retrospect. My rankings: Marone Gailey Williams Mularkey Jauron Ryan
  12. I hate the weed wacker/yard trimmer. I ended up going with a battery operated one this season and it's been good but it's still new. Yet it has a push button line feeder that will hopefully make things a whole lot easier than the old fashioned wind and twist methods. So many jokes, so little time. The one I use from EGO has two buttons you have to press to engage. It's pretty easy all things considered.
  13. I'm mildly shocked no one commented on her yet.
  14. I actually missed somethings... San Francisco got Jimmy G New England got Duke Dawson Christian Sam and a 3rd Round pick in 2019 Chicago got Anthony Miller Detroit got Kerryon Johnson Da'shawn Hand Tampa also got Carlton Davis and Jordan Whitehead Cleveland got Antonio Callaway
  15. Bodine since we know Groy can also man the guard spot as needed. Toss in Bodine has a history with AJ.
  16. You're forgetting...... Cleveland got Tyrod Taylor Cincy got Cordy Glenn, Billy Price Andrew Brown. Tampa's got Vita Vea and MJ Stewart Tenessee got Rashaan Evans Oakland got Brandon Parker KC also got Derrick Nnadi Baltimore got Lamar Jackson, Hayden Hurst, Mark Andrews, Kenny Young, Jaleel Scott Philly got Dallas Goedert, Avonte Maddox Indy got Kemoko Turay. Jordon Wilkins We got also Ray Ray McCloud I think that's all of it but if not someone else can try lol
  17. I'll give him credit as arguably the best slot WR but not the best WR when there are guys like Antonio, AJ, Julio, Mike E, OBJ out there.
  18. To me the ideal is having Teller at LG and Miller at RG (assuming we're going to a man blocking scheme). Groy at C be nice too yet with Bodine under contract for more years am a little more willing to have him start. HA! Except Penn's on his way out with the drafting of Miller.
  19. All I can think is now that Eric Woods isn't with he Bills is now Ritchie doesn't want to be a part of the squad as if you ever read/hear him talk about Eric it sounds like he was a big reason he came back.
  20. Ironically RJ did his best Flutie game/manager impression in the win against the Titans aka he did just enough to put us ahead going into the last kick, had we tackled Dyson than people wouldn't be crying over the loss but celebrating RJ's heroics of leading us back especially without his shoe etc. Yet I get it, nothing I can change your mind but all I know is nothing will change my mind that Flutie was downright horrible in 1999 and should have been sooner than the playoffs.
  21. Now that there is talk that Incognito is looking to go to other teams now as a Bills fan am pissed. If he was unhappy with management than don't take the deal but don't pull the injury card and than ask for retirement and get released to only go somewhere else with your free will.
  22. I'm guessing the Bills did Ritchie a solid and cut him. I can't see why he'd just walk away from us unless it was because Eric Wood retired as know the two of them were really close. Ultimately I think it is medically related and he likely can't play anymore hence his filing for retirement etc. and we cut him so he could keep the money and help our cap and maybe add a few guys after June 1.
