I think the thing of it is, they actually have to put a valiant effort into developing a QB and this organization has not shown that commitment over the past 17 years. At the least, keeping Tyrod this year would be to the teams best interest.

Dak has the best O-Line and the best RB in the NFL. He also has a coach who is committed to the position. Rex wasn't committed to developing a QB at all. Maybe we would've been better with Dak that's completely hypothetical though. The thing is, we wouldn't even be a 7-9 or 8-8 team without Tyrod. We probably would've only won 2-3 games at the very best.

Sammy isn't Elite, it's just my opinion. He's good, don't get me wrong his skill level is very high but he's not elite. I'd have to consider elite receivers like, Antonio Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Odell even Mike Evans.

I think zone blocking will help him more than shady because he's more of a patient runner. One cut, then down hill as opposed to Shady who typically just gets the ball and goes horizontal as fast as possible.

Tyrod would be a completely different QB in this system. This is a system where he would actually be the focal point, like it should be. If Dennison also sticks to a zone blocking scheme for running then I expect Gillislee and Felton to really shine.
