Coming flat in a big game...huh, what a shocker -

I thought Fireman Dork "retired." -

I can't remember an NFL week that had zero games that were ever in any real doubt. -
He and Sean Payton have almost identical careers, which is weird since one guy is considered a genius and the other is thought of as a dope.

Andy Dalton has has a nice career. He always got more criticism than he deserved. -

I really like this. Who would be the patron saint of this theory? Gilbert Brown? -

He makes throws sometimes, often under duress, that I think very, very few QBs can make. -

They're destined to go 13-4 and then immediately lose a home playoff game to, like, the Bears. -

Really enjoying this Tampa - New Orleans game. Zero rooting interest, tons of big plays, tons of points, tons of wacky turnovers. A fun way to watch football. -
You're spending your Sunday getting apoplectic that the people who aren't gigantic homers refuse to buy into your delusion that Tremaine Edmunds, who couldn't have had a less impressive stat sheet during his career in Buffalo, was somehow this impactful player and not a wasted draft pick. How is that anymore fruitful?
-
The Bills defense never missed a beat after he left, since he was replaced with Bernard, a markedly better player whose name you actually hear during games. The Bears also added lots of other players on their defense, actual difference-makers like Montez Sweat , and that's what is making the difference, not Tremaine Edmunds and his weekly disappearing act. Go look at the rest of that draft and see how much the Bills blew it by trading up and wasting a 1st rounder on him.

Kickoff TDs are arguably the most exciting play of the game. Seems dumb to take the chance of those away just because the commissioner is a dope that can't stop himself from tinkering with the game.
-
Has he been doing good things on the field for Chicago that don't show up on the stat sheet? His numbers and salary suggest a player that's being wildly overpaid.
-
Yeah, we're definitely not "spoiled."

I watched my favorite football team lose the Super Bowl almost every year of elementary school, then they lost a playoff game on a last-second illegal forward pass when I was in 10th grade and didn't make the postseason again until I was 34.

Wow, Houston had Allen running for his life all game, and NE's line is way worse than ours.
-
Great. Teams who get a new head coach mideseason seemingly always get a weird emotional boost and win his first game. Who are the Jets playing next, again? Oh...
-
He asked them to sign Beasley and Brown again in 2022, supposedly

Does KC play like 92% of their toughest games at Arrowhead, or am I just being a bitter Bills fan?

The Miseducation of Josh Allen-Current State of the Offense
T.E. replied to thenorthremembers's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just trade Allen for Ezekiel Elliott and sign Ryan Tannehill so McDermott can run the ground-and-pound boring offense of his dreams. -
He's never been very good, to be honest. Has four total 100 yards games, despite playing most of his career on bad teams where he had tons of opportunities to build up stats in garbage time.
-
Does Josh have too much say in personnel decisions?
T.E. replied to damj's topic in The Stadium Wall
We need to start evaluating backups on whether they can play well and not on if they're friends with Allen or not. Trubisky comes in yesterday and they waste a CRUCIAL down because they don't even trust him enough to let him throw a single pass. -
Dawson Knox: 3 receptions in 5 games. $8.5M salary.

I thought we would've done what NE did with Gronkowski and Hernandez, which was wildly successful before the whole murder thing.
