    The question is will the Bills continue to follow the cash-to-cap policy. If so, I don't see how the Bills will be able to generate a ton of new cash to pay up front. The only way they restructure Mario would be to give his money upfront and spread it over the additional years. That requires upfront money, something only teams like Dallas and Patriots have.

    I think he is a locker room leader. He is bonding this team together....something Mario or Kyle could not do. May be Kiko will step up and be that player.

    The Jets can start playing spoilers next few weeks by beating some of the AFC teams that are in contention...KC, SD.

    Agreed. Hughes, Dareus, Spikes and Searcy will be FA. I don't how many of those we can re-sign. I think the priority would be Dareus and Hughes. BUt I think Spikes is the bonding player, brings toughness to the locker room, like a Talley.

    This is horrible. No play action on 1st down....This is just unbelievable....and the Jets are still within 2 TDs.

    They got to run the ball there...or a screen. The Jets were blitzing. Orton needs to see that and change the play. This offense is too predictable.

    There secondary is weak. The problem is our OL is not giving Orton the time to step in the pocket and throw, And not having Woods is hurting

    Good series by Defense. Let us see if the Offense can convert.

    The only thing seems to be that the Jets keep making mistakes play after play. The Defense needs to stop here.

    The Time of Possession continues to haunt this team. At least one thing is being proved is that this OL has no capability to run the football. Brown needs to do a better job there. Putting Orton in a hole on every third down is not going to cut it.

    The defense needs to tackle better. If they tackle on that final drive, that FG does not exist. And what happened to the pass rush. That call on Bradham was so bogus.

    I don't know. Dareus is the whole package. He can rush the QB and play the Run well. Hughes is also thriving because of the other three guys on the front four. Who would you rather double team: Mario, Marcel, Kyle or Hughes

    Somehow my guts says that the Bills are going to run the football and run it effectively and depend less on the passing game.

    Hackett has called that play quite a few times...EJ did not have the connection with Watkins or the DB made some great plays earlier in the season stripping the ball out of Sammy's hands. This time, the throw was on the money

    Didn't Casserly also make the Redskin QB pick in the early 90's (The guy who is a Congressman in Tennessee now).

    Just like Buddy, this new regime has no clue in getting a QB either in FA or in the draft. The old adage still remains golden. You keep drafting a few QBs a year until you succeed. For the Bills to go last year with Kolb, EJ and Tuel was just moronic and they did not learn their lesson after the season was over. It is just insane.

    The problem is that I don't see how the Bills are going to pay CJ, Hughes, Dareus and Spikes. For continuity Spikes is probably more important than Spiller especially if Kiko can come back from injury successfully.
