  1. Here are sample Wonderlic questions: http://www.wonderlic.com/sites/default/files/SLE%20Sample%20Questions_1.pdf For those of you wondering how easy it is...one of the questions was this:
  2. I feel like he worked his butt off last year (maybe two seasons ago?) and no one gave him a chance then. Now he's a year (or two) older. I don't think he's getting his chance.
  3. Yeah, there is actually. I doubt the narrative that is being sold as the gospel truth here. Mario had no issues trying all the other years he was with the team. Maybe a coach should be able to get the best out of his players.
  4. Every. Single. Time.
  5. I don't expect the coach to literally challenge people that think that they're a mediocre coach. It's annoying. It's embarrassing when we keep losing. Just shut up. I do think your point is almost always true. It's very easy to over-analyze coachspeak...but Rex "is this thing on" Ryan has consistently misunderstood the importance of brevity .
  6. Yikes. What a guy. Rex might be a player's coach, but he certainly isn't a fan's coach.
  7. I would be greatly saddened by a dome stadium. Everyone's eyes get big, thinking about the superbowl, but let's be honest...we would never ever ever host one. Something similar to Heinz Field is more appropriate for this fan base and region. Embrace the tradition of the outdoor game, its one of the last things we have that even resembles our past.
  8. Don't forget that 2 win season in Jacksonville.
  9. I'm mostly just stating the obvious, but this is why I am not worried: Taylor hasn't earned the big pat day yet (he could easily prove it with a successful season) Taylor would be an idiot to hold out of camp (would look terrible, and if the Bills played their cards and kept him on the sidelines, he'd lose a year of his prime and get very little in F.A.) If Taylor plays great then it's a good problem to have (he will get paid and that will be that...franchise QB trumps all other cap problems) The Bills cannot afford to gamble on potential fools gold (we need a franchise QB, and we can't overpay for potential talent)
  10. No, you're right the defense improved... /s
  11. Mostly this just confirms how awful we've been for 20 years.
  12. Is this a thing? I've never heard anything of the sort.
  13. While I don't think the trade would make any sense for $ reasons, from a purely player-player perspective you're spot on. Taylor may have had the better season last year, but he still needs to play in two conference championships before he can look down at Kaepernick.
  14. Any news on Fred? What are the odds be makes a roster this season?
  15. Classic release and replace in the draft. Classic drought. Classic Bills. Pretty soon it will be Rex's 3rd season, then it will be classic new coaching hire. Rinse and repeat. A great deal of you seemed to side with the Bills on this one. I am aware Mario had a sub par season, but he was the most talented player on the roster. Mario was in his 4th defensive scheme in 4 years with the team and before this season, he improved statistically each year. Rex Ryan is the difference here. Not Mario, or his attitude or whatever you want to call it. Drink up the koolaid, but this guy was an absolute stud at DE and will be very difficult, if not impossible to replace. We needed to build around our defensive line, but in classic Buffalo fashion, we let it crumble. As a fan base, Buffalo has a hard time accepting it when talented players don't meet their lofty expectations. We love to vilify these players. We say that we need players with "heart"...and yet they have gotten us nowhere. We love our Kaletas, our Hogans, our Boobie Dixons, our Eric Woods, our every man that resembles us, and yet we lose constantly. Obviously this move was expected, but for me, it symbolizes our dysfunctional front office. This is Rex's team now. He refused to adapt to his talent, he brought in his brother, and now he's releasing the players he refused to coach. It's only a matter of time until we sign Cromartie.
  16. I, too, would like to think the coaching staff would be able to figure out a way to utilize or motivate a player with exemplary talent. You're right, I don't. Explain it to me like I'm you five.
  17. Not surprisingly, Fox29 Philly did not cite their source on that one. I am more inclined to believe that someone at FOX29 did not fully comprehend the police report, which said that they were TESTED for a POSSIBLE skull fracture. The saga continues.
  18. Yes, I've heard of a joke. Was that, and was this a joke? Good jokes are usually both easy to spot, and you know...funny.
  19. At the right price? He's 8th among active players in sacks and has the most out of any player since entering the league in 2006. What's the right price to you, since you're cutting the checks apparently?
  20. No one has a cracked skull. Misinformation is abundant. Your imagination has gone wild.
  21. I'd love to say I told you so... but you guys all wanted to crucify someone, and I think you were able to accomplish that in ~100 pages. People started creating theories of how the fight started, as if that was ever the issue at hand. Just running with rampant speculation about suspensions and plea deals being worked out when the whole time McCoy was never arrested. It's bizarre to wait that long to file a report when you're an officer, and obviously the DA knew there was no case. They never filed a report that night, and so they never interviewed a single witness at the time, and judging by the chaos in the video, it's laughable to think anyone who was there would be able to credibly implicate any single individual from memory. Probably the saddest lesson learned in this, is that the credibility of the media is completely out the window. Innocent until proven guilty no longer applies.
  22. How does Joe Ferguson even qualify to be overrated?
  23. Did you read the injuries on the police report? No medical report is public knowledge, all we have is what's in the report. Right now, I know this much, the police report was TRYING its best to make it sound worse than it really was. Example: It does not take days to figure out if there's a skull fracture. They asked to be examined for a skull fracture, and there was no skull fracture...so it's highly misleading to report that there was a possible skull fracture because it implies further damage than was there. When you say possible skull fracture, you are subliminally telling people that there's a skull fracture, and I've seen it mentioned dozens of times in this thread alone.
