Hate this too. Solid No. 2 and a fun personality. One of the most hard route runners I've ever seen. Never stops, even when he's not the intended receiver. Obviously was a fifth wheel with Watkins and Williams on board now.

The step dad is like there's a lot of shootings, drug dealings, violence etc. But he seems most shocked at the prostitution. In all seriousness, he's definitely a playmaker and seems like a great kid.

Joel Bitonio seems like a good, and logical, pick.

Don't get too excited. It's Day 1 of the draft. We got the best playmaker in the draft according to the same experts, and there are many more rounds to go, and a season to finish.

Impressive. To be fair, teams throw out all sorts of stuff to create false rumors AND to test the waters for potential trades. Impressive nonetheless.

A lot of what ifs here. If Watkins is the player they wanted, and think will make this offense legit, then it'll be worth it. Very risky, yes. But it's silly to say "Watkins would've been available at 9."

My take: This is either a brilliant game changer for this perennial basement-dwelling team, a huge gamble that doesn't pay off, or something in-between.

Tremendous pressure on this kid to dominate from Day 1 -- Dez Bryant, or Calvin Johnson like. Holding off judgment. This team hasn't done anything aggressive in 14 years, and has been a non factor for 13 of those years.

Huge gamble. Hope it pays off. It'll certainly be exciting.

On a side note, synthetic pot is seriously dangerous. Real pot isn't. Regardless of whether he was using it, it's a sad commentary on our legal/political system. You're right. However, it really is like trading two picks, because the Browns still get a high first rounder and a second rounder and a proven wr for only trading a few spots. Seems like a horrible idea.
