  1. I forgot about him
  2. I guess it’s also notable tje 3 highest paid players in the League are Black. Has that ever happened before?
  3. That’s how life works. He’s the best at what he does on the planet. When you’re the very very best at what you do in your field, then you demand top dollar for your services. whether it be engineering, football or nannying.
  4. I’d argue it makes them worse. That’s a lot of money going to a single player who’s not gonna be an all pro. He’s got a slightly higher cap hit than Diggs and he’s not currently in the same league as Diggs as a WR. The opportunity cost of OBJ is significant, and Beane probably took one look at that market and said hell no.
  5. If Allen puts up MVP type seasons this year and next, he’s gonna be needing a new contract in after the 24/25 season. Just no way he’s gonna be happy as the 10th best paid QB.
  6. OBJ at 15-18M is insane
  7. It’s not him that came to his senses. The ravens caved here
  8. If you’re Mahomes and his agent they should be throwing a riot right about now
  9. The three highest paid players in the NFL Jackson, Hurt, and Watson. 1 MVP, 1 SB appearance and 20 allegations of sexual assault/harassment
  10. I mean that's just the FitzMagic experience
  11. Adds versatility, which is what you want from WRs 4 - 6. Dorsey has a lot of different of ways to deploy his weapons between the TEs and now various WR types that are legit NFL players.
  12. Bottom line - I’m paying Allen 40M to play and make better an average OLine and giving him game breaker weapons. That’s where the money should go on O
  13. There’s a massive area between Bad (where the Bills were) to above average (say the chiefs) to great (Eagles)
  14. Opportunity Cost. What can't you get if you spend on an above average line.
  15. Yes, pretty much Bills didn't need a big ticket OLineman IMO. With Allen's contract, you build him an average priced OLine, and ask him to deal with that. Last year;s OLine was not average, so hopefully this year's will be. That's the goal
  16. I ain't giving up Ed Oliver. I'd give up a 1st and a 4th is it comes to it
  17. ? Bates started at LG in the playoffs last season and at RG all this season, and in both cases was an easy upgrade to Staffold. Bates has always been a left sided player until last year, at PSU he started at LG and finished at LT. Connor McGovern was actually the RG on those PSU teams
  18. The Bills looked like a pantheon level team until injuries caught up with the defense and the league caught on that the Bills OLine just wasn't there and Dorsey didn't have the answers to that (not that we should have expected him to. Having an average OLine is fine. Having a bad OLine is a fatal flaw usually) beyond asking Josh to save to them
  19. We knew this was happening, and it's mostly a good thing. The Bills needed tweaks and health, not an overhaul. Give me healthy Von, White, Hyde & Poyer, someone fast and raw to play the Will so Milano can play the Mike, and I'd still argue the Bills may have the best D in the AFCE. On offense, give me upgrade at LG (check) and RT, and a better slot, and they have the best Offense in the AFCE
  20. Haven't read too much, but Poyer at 33 at Strong Safety isn't much of a problem. Almost all the problems he had this past season was because when they lost Hyde, he switched to FS, and they moved Damar Hamlin to SS. With Hyde back, that's basically 2 new starters - and both upgrades.
  21. The man is a political enigma. He going to irritate everyone
  22. I was more thinking a 2nd and 4th and saving that 1st for a Tackle
