  1. What I don't get about DCs as head coaches is why they don't take a more active role in the offense? They sit and study offenses week in and week out. They know what works against their own defense and what will beat them. They know their weaknesses. Surely that can help the offense of their own team? Instead most of them stubbornly don't get involved with the offensive game planning because 'they didn't coach that side of the ball'. It's what Belichick has contributed to his team and why it works for the Pats.
  2. Where's Jason LaCanfora to defend Lamar Jackson?
  3. Maybe they can keep Jackson on the field as a WR and bring on Flacco? hahahaha
  4. Should have gone for it. They are only getting in FG range because of TOs and mistakes. I don't think those will keep happening for the Ravens.
  5. No one's saying it doesn't take more than a season. The difference is Watson looked good his rookie season before the injury and then followed it up again with another very good season. Oh and his YPA stayed nearly identical and he was over 60% completion both years. Blake did neither of those. The comparison was Jackson to Watson as a passer... a horrible comparison.
  6. You don't throw for over 4000 yards and 26 TDs being a bad passer.
  7. Yea I mean Watson only threw for over 4000 yards and threw 26 TDs. Oh and ran for over 500 and another 5 TDs. These takes are ridiculous.
  8. Cool story bud. Bye Felicia, thanks for no facts!
  9. Chargers playing mistake free, neither team seems to be able to move the ball though. If Chargers can score a TD I bet the game really opens up.
  10. Why did they run that. Bring all the big guys into the center and then try to run up the center... I never understand that.
  11. They are 8-0 away from LA. They won in London too but that was a "home game".
  12. I like the Chargers. They kept Lamar Jackson in check last time around. The Ravens are 1-dimensional. If the Chargers go ahead, I don't see them keeping up.
  13. Yea I liked him more when the Bills didn't have any speed at WR. Now they have Foster and McKenzie. Not that they should just sit on their hand but I do wonder if he will be asking for a good amount of money.
  14. I like Williams but feel like he's a WR2/3. He'd be good competition for Foster and McKenzie so there's that but I wonder what his price is. I have a feeling the Bills are going to have to trade for a WR1 because I don't see one in the draft. Otherwise it's not happening this year.
  15. Add to that Russell Wilson who has played and won with some of the worst o-lines in the game.
  16. Geez bud, please tell me more about the facts you are presenting. Kyle missed a game in 2014, so it wasn't just 1 season where he missed games. Then he missed 10 games in 2015. Then he missed another game in 2016. He also had nagging back injuries and ankle injuries. But please keep presenting more facts. He also missed 11 games in 2011. And guess what, it's football, injuries happen. Again, you've said oft injured, I'm aware what that means btw... that Glenn was constantly struggling with the ankle and back issues, yet he played every single game for 3 straight seasons. Something Kyle Williams never did. You've not presented any facts. Show me the facts that he was constantly dealing with injuries that made him oft injured. Actually show me any player that isn't dealing with some sort of injury. It's such a cop out.
  17. Lets put it this way, he coveted building their defense, over selecting a QB and then building the team around the QB. I don’t think you can argue that McDermott wanted a piece for his defense with the first pick.
  18. Oh come on, Kyle was receiving treatment nearly every off season for both his Achilles.
