  1. It's not a concept lost on anyone. At the end of 2015, he literally got more targets AND produced some of the best numbers in the league for that stretch. But yea, he probably shouldn't have got those targets, cause ya know.... that logic and all. I really don't feel like rehashing this because people are going to stick to their corners but great receivers produce when they get the targets. Sammy has done just that.
  2. He had 2 targets, what do you suggest he does? He can't be a factor if he isn't targeted. The point has always been that when he get the targets, like all great WRs, he is productive like a great receiver. The game against SF was proof of that when he had 7 targets. Do you know how many targets receivers like Beckham, Brown, etc. get a game? Beckham had 15 this week alone, thats nearly as much as Sammy has had all season, 17.
  3. They have more TEs that could be used in the passing attack. What about O'Leary and Thomas?
  4. Its a weird play call from the formation they were in to throw the ball inside, where all the guys are and hope he smashes through. They had McCoy on the same side as the play, so the safety was on that side of the play too. And even with a perfect pass the safety had that play read and was going to blow it up. Edit: just rewatched it and even with a perfect pass the safety was going to light up Matthews.
  5. They probably dont see it as a premium match up
  6. Cutler ruining a read option haha. Wow.
  7. Saquon with the one-handed catch that he takes for 36 yards.
  8. Couldnt remember his nickname, thanks for that. But still, it took an injury to get Willie Beaman in the game. And when Sunshine got in, he lit it up.
  9. What no love for Sunshine? Or Johnny
  10. Bears too. I said in the offseason I thought the Bears would be picking Top 3 again. They could use the draft picks as they are lacking talent.
  11. So Watkins somehow found a way to get around the concussion protocol, is that your argument?
  12. Thats the biggest problem as I see it, no pass rush. And no one to threaten a pass rush. They have nearly given up 3, 300 yard passers. They have allowed over 400 yards to every team so far. Its pretty bad so far.
  13. Some good games going on. Look is like OT for Giants/Eagles. Detroit needs a TD.
  14. No way, it was right in front of him about head high. It was a really good throw. Zay needs to get his head straight.
  15. Just a minor correction but he had Stage 3 CTE, Stage 4 is the most severe. Not sure why she would sue just the NFL, he played college and high school football, surely they are just as responsible. Nice money grab.
  16. Based on what? He didn't make a throw over 20 yards in the preseason. That throw was 40 yards and a deep out, the true test of the strength of a QBs arm. I seriously doubt he completes that throw 6/10 times.
  17. Eh, Kupp looks ok, he's getting a lot of single coverage because of Sammy/Woods/Austin. Problem is exactly what happened on Sunday, Goff looks for Kupp too much. Right off that snap in the last drive, he zeros in on Kupp, who hasn't beaten his guy and throws the ball to him, which is intercepted. Kupps talent level is no where near Watkins, who took a 5 yard slant for 25 yards on Sunday. The YAC was what everyone here wanted to see. Caught the ball put his foot in the ground and was gone. This is a ridiculous analogy. So then by that measure, why have a good Oline? Why have a good RB? Why have a good TE? I mean if your contention is that a good receiver is wasted with Tyrod, then all those positions are wasted.
  18. Where to even start, the sight lines are bad. The stadium was designed for the olympics not a football game. If you are on the 50 yard line, you aren't sitting halfway in the stadium if you get my drift. That means instead of your seat being straight on, it's angled a bit. It's a really bad conversion to a football stadium. You feel far away from the game, no matter where you sit. The concourse is tiny, so it's hard to get around. The bathrooms are a mess. The concessions are bad. The location is bad, I realize that isn't the stadiums fault but it's a bad area around the stadium.
