Fantastic find. The most interesting thing I seen was that know matter what team he coached, the stats are about the same. From dallas to the chefs, he truly ran the same across the board. Now of those teams, the big question should be how many had 3 starters as runningbacks??? We don't have 2, but 3 so we will be healthy in December so I bet we run about 400 touches with less passes only because the run will be more effective. BRING ON THE WISHBONE

I am glad and hope that all the critics just destroy us. I think Chan has it all set up right. Put us on the bottom and bash all you want. That way WHEN we kick the S*** out of the patsies and jets this year people will be saying what a surprise team. Chan has no way to go but up with his team. I'm not saying we are a top team, but believe we are MUCH BETTER THAN PEOPLE THINK. We will be a run 1st,2nd,3rd team. You know you couldn't have said that any better!!! What the Bills lacked the last few years and even more last year was confidence. They lost hope and belief in themselves and it showed and hurt them a lot. There are two types of people out there, one who leads and one who follows. The Bills have it right by getting Chan. He can lead, and he's a natural at it. This is why Bill C. was so high on him, because he knows Chan can lead and he will. I myslef do not believe playoffs this year, but do believe we kick the s*&t out of the pats. I also think we will be a lot closer than people think, and we just might sneak in there(playoffs). When you have a team that was so predictable and lost all of confidence, then you have real issues on the field. All Chan is doing is making the team unpredictable, and bringing that little thing called confidence. It does make a difference and it does help. No we wont and shouldn't make the playoffs, but if we did, that would be huge. It's easy for one or two to believe, but to get 53+ players is another story.

His remarks is about who will the starter be. Brown has no chance at starting and he and the Bills know this. 4 QB's and 3 fighting to start.

Their not experts, they are analysts!! Taking CJ was/is the perfect pick for the Bills. I guess all other teams sucked to because what pick were the other qb's???? I agree. I don't think we will make the playoffs, but 8-8, or 9-7 is considered a good season. If we go higher, then that will be remarkable. That's not a bad thing we don't make the playoffs. The reasoning is the fajets were lucky in my opinion and will be a one-two year wonder and crumble. The pats are fading away and will be broken up within the next two years, and the fins well f&^k them too. Confidence is something that you have or don’t have, but I believe Trent lost his confidence when things didn’t go over well. Chan is going to rebuild this team the right way, and I believe he will not be persuaded by any others. He will do what he believes is right. I still feel that the Bills picked up Brohm for a reason. Brohm was selected last year when we lost our coach and heading into know where. Who picked him up and why??? I think the Bills knew this from last year the upside of Brohm. Those who think this kid is a wash, then look at Steve Young when he played for Tampa, or a guy named Brett. He didn’t start in Green Bay you know. A quarter back is good when they have the chemistry of the team and coaches to go with it. I believe Chan is not looking for a qb, but a guy who can mesh with his system better than the others.

He got 41 million not 20, and he's 350 lbs. How much bigger do you think you have to be in order to play nose. Another reason why the NFL is out of control. Some owners pay huge bucks to have a guy say he's not comfortable???? If you get that kind of money, you better play. What's he want to go to another team and demand a pay raise too I bet. Man that's deep. I think we go 8-8 and at best 9-7. We will win those so called bad luck games that we just couldn't pull off last year or two. I feel Chan will have them playing much much harder and we win a few exre. that being said =8-8 or 9-7 at best. We will be in every game though and highly doubt we ever get blown out.

You must be joking right???? Just for starters, the Bills have something new called a coach. If you want entertainment then go to a movie. Second if it was so hot, bring a bottle of water instead of crying how hot it was and that it was too much to wait for it?????? Third if the Bills were to show off a few stars, then it wouldn't be a practice. They call it practice for a reason not a show!!!!! For a person to B word about hot weather in Buffalo and complain about what the options were, then it means that you never beeen outside of Buffalo or have nothing better in life to do but B word. You know the Bills weren't really blown out of games last year, and that being said I feel that some games this year will be. I have stated several times the Bills might goo 8-8 or a lucky 9-7. They will get crushed a few games but with the offense that will finally have a coordinator that knows how to call plays they will be a better interesting team. People on here say Bell isn't that good, but last year several critics indicated that Bell has the potential to be a solid LT. This year I feel he will show he is good. I feel the line will be better because the offense will not be predictable and defenses won't be able to just take a shot at the qb. That was the biggest issue with the Bills was they were predictable and never caught people off guard. This year our offense will be a bit better, but our d will be young and not be solid coming from a 4-3 to a 3-4. This is why they will get blown out a few times this year because of the system. That was the issue for us the last few years, the difference is we have a coach that knows this and will make it right. Bills take the division back in 2 years!!!!

I'm saying that Buffalo fans have a tendency to slam and put people down and not back them up. If he gets cut or traded, then slam the man for what you want. I believe the Bills will be a 500 team this year and may be a little better like a 9-7 at best. I also believe that our front office had everyone set up well in advance before any one knew so they went and got Brohm as a project. I believe Brohm will have a legit chance within the year to be our franchise qb and if he doesn’t cut it, then they will get one next year or Trent can redeem himself. Chan is getting our “O” line situated first and using Fitz or Trent to take the burden until Brohm can get set up. If Brohm doesn’t pan out then know harm done. I also feel that Buffalo will get a chance to see all this before the bye week. If our O line is getting things done by the bye then we will have our qb of the future in there. If Trent can step it up, then he too can still become our qb of the future. Chan can make stuff happen and will be able to make these guys work. Trent can still be a good qb for a good offensive style coach, with that said, he have one in Chan. Our biggest question will be do we have a good defensive coordinator????? We had a defense that had or kept us in games regardless of opinions, we did. How many games did we get blown out in last year????Now we changed the whole team, and that might hurt us a little bit. I see us running a power offense with the mindset of run first and then run second to keep our defense off the field. The reason being is Chan is not hiding the fact we have one proven receiver so we will check down and throw for 5 yards at a time because we will be running on just about every play we have. Look at the Steelers older type of offense and look at “SLASH” I see Spiller being a slash receiver and the rest is us running. That is not a bad thing and having this type of offense drives the 3-4 crazy because the blitzes become a risk of a checkdown throw opening up to huge gain. The single most person we can thank for this is a guy we all wanted, and really helped out his man was a Steeler, thanks Bill for getting Buffalo back to where we needed to be.

The biggest problem with Bills fans is they make mountains over mole hills. I'm not saying right or wrong of Lynch, but how many people bashing him now will be doing so if he gets 1,000 yards this year???? Most players that have been around skip voluntary training. Now that we have a new coach and system is it a dumb move??? Who knows, but if he produces if I were him I take note of the bashing and just simply through it back at you. When a team is done, you don't finger point, you team up and support. If we are true fans, then team up and support, not bash the players. If you were Lynch, would you want to play in Buffalo??? I lived in many different cities and met many great Bills Backers, and they all say the same thing of Buffalo, great place, but nothing there. So why would a person who wants change want to go to place and get bashed???? Give me a break and suck it Sally's, it's voluntary. When the games start then let’s see what happens, until then stop the bashing and crying.

The Bills have been outplayed because they have been small, and outpowered. The offense couldn't get a first down because they were so predictable that we could have guessed what they were doing just by watching the tv. I think the defense will be better and stronger, and our offense will get more first downs because they won't be so predictable. I think the training will be tougher, hence making the team tougher and I feel the comfort relaxed style of play will be out the window this year. That alone will get us a few more more wins. I'm not saying a playoff run, but at least close to 8-8 at best. We have 6-8 wins this year, then we know Chan is the real deal. Rome wasn't built in a year and neither will the Bills. I do believe that who ever plays us will know that we came to play and win, and that might even get us a win or two. Being the underdog can turn the tables pretty fast so I expect a good entertaining season with us being in a lot more games than we thought. No playoffs, but at least fun to watch!!!!

Everyone says this and says that about what the "Old Bills" did and are. Thurman might have had his days and might have done bad things, but he did give his heart and sole. I'm not in Buffalo, but I will say that the "Old Bills" should say things like Thurman did. People pay way too much to have a guy drive in a car with guns and drugs. Come on you mean to tell me that they are innocent? I've served 20 yrs of service and if you were in the crowd and the crowd got caught then you were guilty with no questions asked. Lynch has to know a good thing when he sees it, and took advantage of the situation at hand bottom line. The Bills can't get rid of him because they invested and now they have to pay for that investment. They should keep him and make him ride the bench until his net worth is lost and he can't reap the bennies of another chance. People cry to give another chance and live and let live. BS all the way to that. When someone makes millions because they have talent and then bite the hand that feeds them, then they should pay. Why cut them and let them go and prove themselves to another? They should make it that when a player is given that much and fails, then they should payback the rest. If the league has to put cash up front and pay for the package deal, then if that package has a bad apple, then get a refund all the way. I bet if a player gets told that if they have to perform by the rules or payback their bonus and contract, how many would go do drugs and ride in cars in their hometown with guns??? Lynch isn't the only one either, but it's just fans who lash out crying how they should leave the man alone. Pay me a few million and watch and see if I would go act ghetto with a gun.
