As a teacher, I see a massive loss of interpersonal skills because nobody has face to face contact anymore. Kids and adults alike can hide behind their cell phones or computers and the art of conversation is lost. It's extremely sad to witness at the grass roots level.

If you owned the Bills, what GM / Coaching candidates would you realistically attempt to hire? I am wondering who you think are the hot-shot coordinators or college coaches you would go after. It seems the Rams got it right with Spags and the Redskins finally got it right as well, it appears. The Bills? Not so much, I would say. (yeah, yeah, I know we are only 6 weeks into a new regime)

Being from Western Canada, being a Bills fan puts me in a definite minority. I don't have anyone I can relate to, complain with or (at one time) celebrate with. I have been told many times that I should just switch teams, but I have cheered for the Bills for over 30 years now and have suffered too damn much to quit now. I just hope Ralph dies before I do so perhaps I can see this thing get turned around.

The Montreal massacre prompted the ban on automatic firearms. While I agree with 10 x more people = more incidents, I would submit that gun regulation in some form contributes to the number of incidents. Never should read RARELY.

Thank God. I will raise the issue though, this does not happen in Canada due to a ban on automatic weapons. Sure we have gang shootings, but that's trash shooting trash, not innocent people. Just food for thought and I will sit back and take the expected abuse.
