  1. Scout.com: " Tony Hollings played all 3 of his professional seasons with the Texans (2003 – 2005) and participated in a total of 23 games gaining 149 yards in 49 attempts. A young player out of Georgia Tech, Hollings could use some more experience but shows potential in the backfield." NFLPlayers.com: "Started just four career games at running back for the [Georgia Tech] Yellow Jackets but made the most of them…rushed for 633 yards on 92 carries (6.9 avg.) with 11 TDs before right ACL tear in 2002"
  2. I wouldn't be surprised to see TV become a player NFLPA agent, DB coach, or stay in football-related business issues. We haven't seen the last of Troy.
  3. Excellent analysis, Brady. What did you say your first name was?
  4. The pictures are not showing up on mine. I'm using the current version of Flash Player (9), and Pennington, our backup LT, ain't there. Kyle Williams, starting RDT, ain't there. And Ellison, Crowell's backup at WLB, ain't there. When you click on their name, the picture and bio are there, but not in the awfully-placed list you must drag or close to see the WR or DE underneath. KnowwhatImean?
  5. four days from Week 1, I am still waiting for pictures on the Interactive (whoo hoo) depth chart on the Bills website. Interactive Depth Chart Among the missing: Terrance Pennington Kyle Williams Keith Ellison A good example of "flash over substance". What makes me madder is that the same website developer we use Americaneagle.com) has Cincinnati's completely done Bengals Depth Chart and the Giants. Giants I'm sick of being AmericanEagle's poolboy.
  6. I'll stand up for my man Wilson. This guy is more than Dennis the Menace's grumpy neighbor. Wilson, on 2 catches last night, was #1 in receptions (wilson 71, evans 70). He's missed 2 out of a gazillion balls in camp (one of which was bounced to him by KH). What does a guy have to do to get on this roster over Aiken, whose thrown to/caught ratio must be 50:50? Put Nance on the PS.
  7. I also liked his pass to Wilson. He threw it where only Wilson could catch it--high and in front of him as he ran a post. Wilson was able to catch it in stride and turn it upfield -- 56 yarder.
  8. In the same picture, notice that the ball is just out of the QB's hands, yet all 4 of our guys are already on the way to the ball. In this picture, 8 of our 11 guys are closing in, just like Fewell wanted. 5 of their guys are on the ground. Plus Rashad Baker.
  9. That's a really good picture of Little Tater. I'd have that enlarged, cut out the arms, attach a string to them, and run it to a motor so it can do the wave while you're watching the games... Oh, wait. You said he's 1. Yeah, you got no time for that for about 4 years.
  10. Agree with most of your points. I'm a little more optimistic about the O-Line. I thought that, apart from their penalties (Villi in the backfield? Get Preston in there), they blocked well. I think you saw Losman's potential most clearly last night. I loved it when JP stepped up and threw the bomb to PP, and his throw to Aiken was on the money, and his throw to Wilson was right where only Wilson could have caught it (I'll save my ongoing praise for Wilson for another thread).
  11. I think McCargo will take more time to develop. This draft was far from "safe". Whitner and McCargo were stretches. Don't get me wrong. I like our defensive emphasis. The first Cleveland drive suggests we're still young.
  12. I like George Wilson. He never misses. When given time, Nall's showing it. When given a hole, Gates, is, too.
  13. So far, Parrish won't make the squad on kick returns alone. Nall is throwing behind Davis every time. Aiken shows he'll be a keeper. Cieslak looking good, but they'll need to keep 3 TE's (Royal, Everett) for him to stay.
  14. Moorman's punt avg.=48 yards. Setta's isn't bad=42.5.
  15. Th-Th-Th-Th...That's Nall, Folks!
  16. Liam Ezekiel just flew in there.
  17. Some of the offensive plays look ill-conceived or ill-timed. The last 2 plays, for instance.
  18. Nall Ball! Nall Ball! Nall Ball! Nall Ball! Nope...JP's coming in.
  19. Liam Ezekiel's in there. Wild Man.
  20. And a stupid kick return to the 11.
  21. Overall, in the first half... You gotta like Losman's line at the half. (9/13 141 1 0 ) Evans looks like an All Pro. 5 catches, 70 yards in the half is great, especially since he made the last catch on a penalty. Price may have welcomed himself back. But Get the guy a calendar. Royal could be one of the end zone threats we need. McGee will challenge NC for top CB. Kelsay is playing lights out, outplaying Denney IMHO. London Fletcher surprises no one as the leader in tackles. Nothing yet from Parrish.
  22. I agree. You know what you have. Get Nall Ball in there.
  23. Kelsay is doing great, McGee has tight coverage, Williams seems to be holding the middle on most plays, and they are switching DL's almost on every play.
  24. Ryan Denney stood up that time for a 11 yard rush gain
