2014 was not a good year for Whaley. Trading the future for a WR in a deeeeep WR draft. Trading for Williams. Trading for Brown. No real developmental option to EJ. I guarantee you Belichick doesn't piss away $5.2 M. It's like Whaley deals with players without any plan in building the team and stacking with proper depth.

The Chiefs are giving up nearly 5 yards per carry and are bottom 5 in the league in YPC. So you run like crazy, right? They are also the ONLY team in the NFL NOT to give up a rushing TD. He's clearly the best player on the team and worth the defensive back Cleveland is going to draft with the 20th pick in the 1st round. He's making Orton look pretty good and vice versa.

All they do is what we do in Fantasy Football: Look at yesterday's results and compare them to today's schedule. There is very little insight and, as teams emerge, many surprises. The Bills have definitely elevated themselves from a bottom feeder to a 2nd tier team. They probably will not make the playoffs, but are capable of beating playoff teams.

I don't get that logic at all. Who cares how good we are? Or how good they are? If the Bills go a fortunate 10-6 with great timing against injured teams, I'm ok with that. I always wonder what the reason is for a post like this. Complaining in hindsight is weak and leads to boring and predictable conversation. Now if you tell me that you PREVIOUSLY posted what is proving to be the perfect draft for 2013, that's one thing. But to criticize this young and unproven (either way) crop of prospects 18 months after they were picked is just plain weak.
