It's the American way to try & find a pay day as a silver lining. All of these guys went in with the thought of capitalizing on their talents in the NFL, some did & probably more than not didn't. I could see if there was prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the NFL knew exactly what was going to happen to the players but i.m not sure that any one truly knew ?? And if they did then they need to pay these guys. But if guys like T.O. or Travis Henry are involved it's b/c they blew their money or couldn't keep it in their pants long enough to pay attention to where their money was going or even how much they made so it's teir loss. Then there is the fact of seeing the hit that pollard laid on that NE RB that got knocked out, the RB was the one that lowered his head & he didn't get fined for using his helmet as a weapon he got knocked out, his fault !! You always see the RB's lowering their head to run into whoever they are going to hit so that is another aspect of this that needs to be addressed .. I'm just sayin !!

They should have another one put in at the Ralph !!

I can't wait to here about the after party at mom & dad Harbaughs house will be like. I wonder if John & Jack will take it out in the back yard after the game & beat the tar out of each other like they did when they were kids, or if one will go & lay their head on mom's shoulder & mom will tell them "do't worry dear you will do better next year" or if dad will say something like " it son your always to hard on your brother you need to knock it off" wouldn't you like to be a fly on the wall ? i can't imagine what the parents are thinking , heck if John was dad's favorite & Jim was mom's favorite this could break up the whole family ... I hope they have a sister that is a psychologist !!!

But - But - it was an exhaustive & thorough search for a head coach !! My guy was Trestman last coaching hire & this one, he made the most sense but since when do we do anything that makes sense ? Time will tell but i'm with you !!! I think it's going to be a long year ...

It happens all the time it's just that this guy is Dan Marino. BIG DEAL ! He and the mother & apparently his wife have taken care of the matter & decided because it was their business & no one else's to take care of it. But of coarse the media is going to jump all over this one ...

I believe B/C of the events this off season at One Bills dr. that we will be taking Nassib at #8. That being said i am totally against taking a QB this year with our first pick ! I believe there will be a QB with just as good intangibles in the later rounds & with our needs at LB which have proven to be one of our biggest I say we go there first with all the talent at that position in this years draft. I think one QB that will be there in the later rounds with a good arm but needs to be worked with is Tyler Bray. The kid is raw but has good mobility & has a NFL arm, he just needs NFL insight on hte position. I hope our draft goes LB - WR - QB & with what the FA market is looking like we can get another decent QB to either stop gap this year & replace Fitz, keep Fitz, or release him & throw the kid into the fire. Our choices aren't the best this year & i hope the new guys will make the right ones ???

Don't know how true it is but i have heard there was an awful lot of partying going on around the Bills when they went to there SB's . Seeing as Bruce has ? DUI's & i know JK likes to have one every once in a while there may be something to it ?? I'm just saying ...

I read all these posts saying - sign Bowe , or Alex Smith, bring in Boldin & on & on but ther eis one HUGE question mark o all of it . Given that we spend the money to keep our own in Byrd & Levitre as Buddy said he wants to do & for the most part to this point has done, where will the money come from to get these other players ? If we sign our guys & sign any one of these others that are being talked about in a couple of years we will be just like the Jets are today. Every body jumping ship or the GM trying to trade the best players on the roster just to get under the cap, & for all of the talk they are saying that it will take the Jets 3 years to recover just to get back under the cap with all the dead money & such. So i say just keep going the way we are & do the cap to cash thing & the future will be alright with a lot less mountains to over come as far as the cap !!

Wow not only was Byrd up at #4 but G.W. was at #10 . Thats not bad at all 2 in the top 10 SWEET !!! I bet Pettine is lovin that GO BILLS !!!

WOW & i thought it was just another bad move by our scouting department !! Maybe his Temporal Sulcus isn't as superior as we thought A ? Poor guy ... I was thinking that b/c he didn't do as well at DB what might happen if they did with him what they did with G. Wilson & change him to a WR ? We need a burner on the outside but if his Temporal Sulcus isn't that superior then scratch that idea !!

Was reading on rumblings that they have got the rankings in for last year as far as the ST's go. The Bills ST under Dehaven ranked #8 in the league mainly B/C of Mckelvin & Carrington or megahand as SJ has named him. I hope that our new leader has seen some thing in his new hire Crossman for ST coach besides being a homer hire. The guy came from the lLions & they ranked out on ST last year at #30 so i'm not expecting a lot from that side of the ball. Do new coaches or should i say new team President ever look at when hiring a new coach the things that the team was doing really well & input to that new coach "hey we are doing really well at this stage on the team you might want to consider keeping this coach in place" It would make a ton of sense , there would be no change in scheme & they could just work on the things they were doing badly in the previous season, but now this Crossman fella has to go & look at everything he was doing wrong last year. I'm pretty sure if you rank at #30 in the league there is more to it than not having the players. I think the coach needs to rethink his scheme !! Well i hope that our new coach has sat this guy down & told him that he has the personal to get things done & if he doesn't he's gone. ST's can blow a game wide open & i for one hope Crossman has left his ways in Detroit & hasn't brought them with him to B/Lo !!

If that was his down fall smokin the gonja then that's nothin . Now if the guy was main lining or something hat might be something to worry about. They need to get the guy b/c he is talented & we need more of that here & put a clause in his contract that if he does fail a test for any thing that from that point on his contract is null & void . He's worth a shot the kid tore it up at LSU...

First we have to go with priorities 1) Resign Byrd & Levitre that is the top priority before we get to the draft, or at least find out if they will resign, if they are going to wait to test the waters they are gone, IMHO which we need to know that before the draft. There are some good O line prospects in this years draft, even though i would hate to see Andy go i think he may be able to be replaced with a line man in this years draft, Byrd maybe not so easy !! B/C if either are gone then we can adjust our picks accordingly ...

6-10 season if he had been the QB ! The only reason why he is even remembered is b/c he took the place of the rightful leader & starting QB of the team & brought the moral of a team to the dumpster. If he was any good he would have proved it some where else, but he wasn't so now he is living of the millions that the Bills paid him ... One of the dumbest trades the Bills ever made !! It's funny the cancer midget got them to the play offs & i believe still holds some records for the Bills, what records does RJ hold in the NFL ?? For any team ???

I know this has been discussed before but they are at it again !! L.A. is now trying to coax the Falcons to go out west --- STOP ALREADY !! The state is broke but yet they continue to take on huge projects that the money may not be readily available to build or at least pay for the up keep on for the next 40 years. So far California Has in Major league sports franchise 18 total & 6 of those are in L.A. 7 if you include them losing the Rams & Raiders. Baseball - L.A. Angels, L.A. Dodgers, Oakland Athletics, San Diego Padres, & San Francisco Giants. NFL - Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, & Had the L.A. Rams Basketball - Golden State Warriors, L.A. Clippers, L.A. Lakers, Sacramento Kings NHL - Anaheim Ducks, L.A. Kings, San Jose Sharks Soccer - L.A. Galaxy,Chivas USA, San Jose Earthquake NCAA Football - San Jose St. , San Diego St. , UCLA, Fresno St. , Cal, USC, Stanford Then you have all the NCAA B Ball teams & all these teams mentioned are just the mens major league teams. In L.A. alone they have 6 Big league teams & they lost the Rams & Raiders, so they proved they haven't been able to keep a NFL team so why don't they just go away ? What would make L.A. any different now if the NFL did come back ?

Looking back on his draft history he was about even he had some really good hits & some really bad misses. Hits - Williams, Johnson, Wood, Byrd, Levitre, & maybe Mckelvin Misses - McCargo, Youboty, T. Edwards, Hardy, Maybin, D Bell Starters that moved on J Wendling - ST, Brad Butler - retired, Poz, Lynch, Ellison - ? , S. Nelson, Whitner So if some of these players would have stayed Jaurons draft hits would have been better than some coaches we have had but as it stands he's around the .500 mark ...

I would say seeing as there is 1 HOF player, 1 HOF candidate, & 1 history making back up QB that the 85 draft was by far the best ! Sure you had Jimbo in the other but he jerked our chain for a couple of years & he was the only HOF player in that draft although Talley was a core player for years he's not HOF yet , time will tell ...

Sammy Morris did good in Miami for a lot of years, so one out of 8 not bad & i bet Miami was thankful !

A couple of years back we let go of 2 players that i thought would do a good job for the team but one due to a health situation was let go Shawn Nelson. He was a top pick of ours & we thought he would be a great TE in the passing game. Has any one heard any thing on what he is doing ? The other that i thought did pretty well was Colin Heard i know he went to another team but i have lost what if anything has happened to him. Then recently i was wondering how our 2 draft picks that we let go last year did Tank Carder & Mark Asper. I know none of this really matters but was just wondering if any one knows anything about these guys ??

It was pretty well known that Gailey & Nix were going to stick with Fitz as the starter that was a year when they had Levi Brown then brought in Tyler Thigpen as a back up plan b/c he knew Gailey's offense. Nix wanted to go more to the defensive side of the ball would draft there .. After all defense wins championships as long as they don't give up to many points like ours did. Alls it would have taken was a stop here & a stop there & our record this year could have looked a lot more respectable...

Not to mention there is a article on Rumblings that says the Bills O line finished something like 4th this year in the league. Apparently Glenn couldn't have sucked all that bad ! Maybe that Kiper evaluation came from the same place as the one that said Arron Maybin was a good player in the NFL
