The Washington Compost & other liberal rags can print anything they want those like you to believe but then there are those that lived each day seeing how good their businesses did in that time . I listen to those actually in positions of seeing their inventories along with their sales too consumers go up & have heard from those in places of business leadership that were direct to the consumer & have been business leaders for over 25 years say their business & the opportunities of selling their products along with those that installed products sold went up during that time . Then i listened & saw those like you during that time that would look at major retail & commercial developments of businesses being built & say the exact opposite as you are doing still today due to your blind devotion to your cause . So I rather than take the opinion of a fool that has not only a agenda but is biased filled i will take the opinions of those in business with their hands on experience in the business world before i will of those such as the Washington Compost & you the Bills football fan that has never posted 1 reply as such & is only here to spread your bias filled narrative .

It wasn't to long ago that a lot of liberally run major city & their p[political leaders were saying how the police were over funded & over powered as far as enforcing the law which had a band wagon effect . Then more & more jumped on that band wagon along with those that supported the people they elected to the offices they held at that time . I heard just the other day that the liberal leadership in San Francisco is singing a much different tune seeing as the crime rate has spiked which seems to be the same in many cities around the US & are calling in some respects for federal monies to help increase their police force to combat their changes that they championed not so long ago . There is also places because of those same sediments coming from people that voted such politicians into their leadership positions that ridiculed police officers having a change of heart . They are also having a hard time finding people to hire on as police officers because of the lack respect they got while on the job & now don't want to go back to a position where they get nothing but disrespect for keeping the laws . It seems to be a theme amongst those that started this defund the police narrative from the top in politics all the way down those that supported this thinking . Those that have what it takes to make the hard decisions & make common sense laws along with those that enforce those laws will always be the ones that the woke or cancel culture will be the first ones to complain for those infringing on their sensitivity's when it comes to making them obey the laws . Even though these folks are now starting to see the so called over funded police were & are necessary because of there are those that would rather have a lawless freedom to take advantage of those that would abide by the laws put in place to keep us safe . I'm sure that there are many other of those politicians whispering the same type of thing (well except those like Lightfoot) but won't come out & say they were wrong that are having a difference of opinions they spewed during the those times when they were calling for less money going to help the police do their jobs . Wow sometimes i really like to see Karma at work it can be very gratifying when those that had the biggest mouths against the rule of law now saying what we knew all along .

Total BS that the only thing you know to spew it's awfully funny in 2019 every where you looked there was work & not many with out work I don't know where you were looking but any where i went and i travel all over the US with my job work was booming most every place i went to . Of course like you i had others in the same industry as i am in that would actually drive by huge construction complex like a shopping center or a apartment complex & he would again like you look me straight in my face & say the economy sucked under the previous administration & i would tell him just look around . You laugh but i know a few people in VP positions in large companies that have told me prior to covid their businesses were stronger than they had been in many years .

If the Bills could get Drew with their first pick it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all but if he's not there getting Campbell wouldn't hurt my feelings either I think they can get a good WR in the later rounds but MLB is the position they need to fill . I've heard some folks say they would rather have Beane bring in a veteran LB but that would cost more against the cap i would think unless they wait till after the draft then they may be able to get a player for vet minimum . But if they get a very good rookie they would have him for 4 to 5 yrs .

Well some players have bad seasons i would be willing to bet that if you ask any of them they would say that hell the Bills went to 4 SB's & didn't win 1 so i guess that team was filled with a bunch of losers . Brown had a back injury that requires surgery if i remember correctly & he didn't get any reps in OTA's or the pre season so that very well could have had something to do with it & the fact that he had a different O line coach with different blocking schemes to learn with out reps didn't help either . Gabe was injured for a time too sure he wasn't his normal catch anything thrown his way i'll give you that but Beane is referencing how he is as a team guy & his work ethic & has the confidence in him unlike some that he will work his ass off to not have the same thing happen & if it continues then i'd say he probably will find another to do better & take his place . But because he had some drops & his consistency wasn't up to par for 1 season i wouldn't just get rid of him because Josh has developed a bit of chemistry with him & hopefully he will get better this year also there was a new OC last year that may be part of it different scheme with different plays . Oliver well now as a first round draft draft pick i was hoping that they could trade him & get something for him because he has shown although making flash plays from time to time his consistency is not first round at all . But you can't just throw them all out because of a bad season as Beane does you need to have faith that they will work hard to turn their play around & help them to a SB ...

I've always wanted the Bills to take a flyer on Carlos Dunlap ever since he left the Cardinals & i wanted them to draft Melvin Ingram & every time he has played the Bills he reeks havoc so either one of those 2 would be fine with me .

You know i truly do not care republican or democrat it would just be nice to have someone that had the people and the country they were elected to represent as their highest concern and that they would do what is needed to be done instead of trying to make every different group happy . There hasn't been 1 president in a very long time that has been transparent/truthful & has instilled a feeling of confidence in what they were doing or what needs doing & there have been so many behind the scene crooked dealings with countries & companies that only benefits those making the laws & not those that have to follow them . American politics have become the every one gets a trophy gov't where there is no consequences and you get every thing you want weather you participate or not & those that don't participate or more likely to get more than those willing to work & have input into the system I know this for a fact ! Years back i know someone that was working and needed just a little help to make ends meet so they went to the local gov't to see about getting food stamps but was told they made to much money to be able to get them but they were told if they quit their job they would be able to pay them not only food stamps but rent, health care, electric, water & every other thing they needed . That is gov't common sense at it's best so we will never see the America that was once the responsible country it use to be no matter what way we lean weather it be republican or democrat because none of them have the country or the people as their main concern if they did there would be no round up no legally prescribed opioids no cancer causing chemicals in our foods & most of the goods we use but it's easier & more profitable to leave it the same .

I can say there is one that may have or could have possibly helped but it was voted down . There was a law or a thought proposed that certain teachers be allowed to carry weapons after being vetted which i have a nephew that was a cop for many years but now is a teacher & has the training to be that person in a case such as this . It was seen by some parents that SRO's & implementing competent people in this type of place was not the way to go so it was turned down . In the talks surrounding this tragedy it was said here in the Nashville area that there are retired veterans that given the budget surplus here in Tenn. could be placed in schools as a deterrent for these types of things . This psycho that committed this act was said that they decided against going to another sight labeled in their manifesto that had more security specifically because it had more security & they could be met with much more resistance which stopped this person from going there . So if & i'm saying IF a law was passed (which if i remember correctly this is the way it is in Israel) that teachers only with the proper training such as my nephew that was for years a cop were allowed to carry & then retired veterans were payed to be officers with in a school this MAY deter these actions . But like those in areas which i will not mention that have some of the most restrictive gun laws in the nation feel that it is more the guns than those that are actually pulling the triggers of those guns that are the reason this type of thing happens not wanting to be pro active rather than reactive the conversation will continue to follow the narrative of getting rid of the guns rather than putting things in place to stop these actions . I don't believe that this would be the end all be all to this problem but there is the POSSIBILITY that it could at the very least make these walked out people that for what ever reason think to do such a act slow them to think of maybe not doing it as easily . And to end if those cops in Uvalde would have reacted the way our police force did in Nashville there could have been a bit different outcome in that situation I applaud those police officers !! No dualism just plain black & white that's the things that are wrong today way to much grey area today . Apparently you are either to young or just don't care about history & to short sighted to see what this countries history tried to get away from & yet has become the same that it ran from . I won't say that i would rather live any where else because even with all of it's faults America is still the best country in the world !! That being said America has become Fat, Lazy and entitled the people feel just because we live here we should have to be given entitlements, reparations for things that happened in the past & not have to work for them any more and have lost their balls !! With all that then you throw in a bunch of politicians that try to make every one happy which you can't do & give them every thing they think they need welcome to present day America .
