I think alls he has to do is look at the past history of the Bills & the way things went & watch the actions of those being Beane & McD to see that they truly care about this team, it's players the city & their out come of the season . If the owner of a company has a leader weather it be a foreman, a crew boss, or who ever & they fall short of a goal but then the owner can see by the reaction that those in the places to make change like Beane & McD working tirelessly to be better & putting in the time it takes and that time holding the team to a standard i think his decision is made from that . I for one believe that coming up short of their ultimate goal as the Bills have in the past couple of seasons only drives both Beane & McD to be more intense in their pursuit of the ultimate goal if bringing a SB to Buffalo & I believe the Pegula's can see that & realize just how hard it is to accomplish that goal . I also unlike some here hope that these 2 people stay with the Bills & end their collective careers here because as long as they are here i feel the team & the franchise are in good hands & will be relevant for years to come & a SB will eventually come with all their hard work . Well seeing as it's been brought out in the Durham report that there was truly no evidence of collusion & that official bias was the driving force behind the investigation despite the lack of evidence of any of those on Trumps election team and they pushed forward with the FISA warrants any way & the collusion was in Hillary's camp to spread the lies from the Steel Dossier knowing that they were false . Also that Comey had no real evidence to go forward but did anyway with a FBI investigation & that not 1 of those scum bags will ever be brought to justice and it was all under the guise of the Obama administration which your boy Joe was neck deep in . I'd say you given your bias are also defending their corruption so we are even . Obama, Joe, Schiff, Hillary, Comey, Sadler, CNN, MSNBC, And the rest all go free & Trump is free with those of his campaign having to pay the price of public opinion and num nuts like you will continue to shoot your mouth off despite what Durham or any one else has said weather it was a 4 yr investigation or not . You need to start a thread that Durham was paid off by Trump to say what he did or that he is also hooked in with the Russians which its the reason for his findings & all will be right in TIBSville .

Well until they pull each one of those that are making these claims into court & have them make the statements under oath along with Rudi's helper that asked if the guy want a pardon it's all nothing but here say which TIbs is great at . Was this all info that came from the Steel Dossier ? I believe Durham has found out that it was mostly a bunch of garbage even though the likes of Shiff, Clinton & others stand by the Dossier and it's content .

Getting that man on this team would not be a bad thing for sure but is there enough cap space to bring him on ? Being a hired gun he will more likely than not command a pretty decent contract for his services & given the Bills cap space Beane might not be able to pull that one off .

They should come up with a commercial for Josh like the Bad Things commercial made for Bruce years ago . It would ave been cool to have Hopper himself do say a Good Things commercial for Josh but he has passed that commercial is such a classic !! And go down with Kemp as the Bills QB that brings a championship to Buffalo once again .

I kind of wonder if there wasn't a difference of opinion as to how aggressive McD would have liked the D to be say like in the 13 second game and possibly some others . Maybe the bend not break type of scheme was more Frazier than McD although statistically that scheme was good in crunch time not so much .
