  1. OP. That was along a**ed post - longer than Reggie Corner's highlight reel. The guy is good depth but really that's about it.
  2. !@#$ Tim Tebow. There, I said it and it felt good. And this is the last time I'm going to read this sorry-assed thread.
  3. Pretty solid list OP. Hard to argue, but I can't see Kelsay going anywhere. Hand on the ground, he's been solid. Jury still out on Sheppard. We need a run thumper. I agree with San Jose, just because a player isn't elite, we need depth in a big way. We also need to pick up a veteran RB who still has some miles left.
  4. Hey OP, great post and good to hear from someone not locked into the upward soaring and then the death spirals of Bills fandom. I like your reasoning but I also like what Rubes had to say: 1. pass rush 2. pass rush 3. pass rush 4. pass rush 5. deep threat wide receiver Maybe I would put a QB or super TE in one of the first four, but if we keep letting QB's have enough time ponder the nuances of life and then toss the damn ball, we're never going to get better. Nothing is more pleasurable to watch than Brady on his *ss two seconds after the snap. He doesn't look so awesome then!
  5. You got it right. Antics and just plain stupid behavior aside, when's the last time you saw a reciever tear up Revis Island? Stevie is 25 with a ton of talent. Growing up can be accomplished and mature behavior taught - deke'ing out the premier defensive player of the league cannot. Lock'em up and let's move on.
  6. Someone had to say it.
  7. I think it' s more appropriate to put an APB out on the Buffalo Bills manhood. If they play their hearts out and get beat straight up, I can live with that. It means our talent is not there. But to lay down and quit like they have for the past three weeks ...I just can't stomach it. FREAKIN' MAN UP. Play ball like you mean it.
  8. Chan's the one who kept saying we need to get bigger and stronger. So supposedly we did. Apparently we didn't get tougher.
  9. The wheels have come off and Chan needs to do something here and now. The D gives up yards by the hundreds and literally pukes points up almost every drive. The Offense three and outs are just pathetic. Let's see what kind of coach we have. This is his big test, stop this downward spiral.
  10. Bills win if we trade for Tebow.
  11. I was willing to let the Jets game go...as I thought the Jets were gelling and on their way to being really good. Then Denver beat them and we now realize, the Cowboys, the Dolphins and now I think any team in the league is going to throttle the Bills as they are now constructed. Yes we are injury riddled, but we really are a team with little or no elite talent. We do have a couple of building blocks, but Jesus....getting B' slapped by the Dolphins is beyond pathetic. I think it is time for the DC to go. The three and outs on Offense are insulting to fans. This is really not fun.
  12. Ummm, because he's not close to being worth $7 mil.
  13. This is, like, wow. Gotta go wrap my head around this one.
  14. Sorry for all the revisonists, but Barnett is a big step up from Poz and Wilson is just plain better than Whitner.
  15. You can say that again.
  16. Well put and I'll join you sir.
  17. Because we want to hear the lamentations of their fans.
  18. A meteor, 100 yards long with a direct hit on the 50-yard line.
  19. C'mon, we need to pick up at least one CB somewhere!
  20. I'm conflicted. Should I listen to him as an ILB or an OLB?
  21. We have two good guys on IR for the receiving corps. Go pass rusher in the 1st and CB in the second.
  22. Crap. Well, it's an opportunity for the young guys to step up. Dareus, Troup and Heard are more of the wide body traditional NT for a 3-4 anyway so lets see who steps up. KW wasn't having his usual impact anyway and now we know why. Let him heal completely for next season and let the kids take the sandbox for the rest of the season. KW is only 28 and should have plenty of gas in the tank once he's healed up.
  23. At this point in time, it's just true that the Jets are the better team - period. We're getting better and our D didn't get "run over" like the last two years. But let's be serious. We've got a ways to go to match their secondary, O-line and linebackers. A beatdown like we got yesterday, isn't the worst thing that could happen to all the young guys we had on D-line, LB's, O-line and receivers. It's how you learn. But realistically, the Jets, at this point in time, are the superior team and I can't wait to beat them as we improve.
