  1. Thanks for listing these - I move back to Texas in two weeks, and I'm six hours from the nearest BB bar (and can't get DirecTV at my apartment). I've been trying to figure out how I'll possibly be able to watch!
  2. * The four locally produced Bills preseason games will be seen on WKBW in Buffalo, 13WHAM in Rochester and WTVH in Syracuse with League blackout rules applying I didn't think preseason games ever actually sold out. Are we actually going to get the 'skins game in Rochester?
  3. I think Nix would like to beat the Redskins because it's his !@#$ing job.
  4. Wait...so if every good play means someone else blew an assignment, should we be booing that player instead? Or maybe just start clapping and booing at the same time? Or should we just sit and watch quietly, then hold a civil discussion over tea and biscuits after practice? It's football. You cheer when someone makes an impressive play. If you don't like it, stay out of camp and leave room for the fans who are actually excited to watch their team play.
  5. There's not much excitement in an utterly one-sided game...
  6. I'm not going to look up any stats, but I'm pretty sure history also says that teams who go to the Super Bowl four times win at least one of them.
  7. I'm usually not a fan of judging people on stats, but that does kind of say a lot about your performance as a WR.
  8. I love the preseason games. Unfortunately, the only one that's being played in Buffalo this year happens AFTER I move back to Texas for school, and without a passport, the Toronto game is out of the question. Ugh.
  9. No, that's retarded. You're saying that if we put a 3 year old on a tricycle and a guy in a Porsche against each other in a one mile uphill race, the 3 year old has a 1 in 2 chance of winning. Again...retarded.
  10. Sounds like a lot of work. Good thing you'll never actually have to do that.
  11. No. Lebron James to the Razorsharks. http://www.democratandchronicle.com/articl...es-a-sweet-deal
  12. Marshawn Lynch, for his role in the 2010 bestseller "Why I don't bother showing up to voluntary practices with the rest of my team"
  13. I'm sorry, but I don't see why this would be bad news for Vick. Mike's having a party, and someone who he's not allowed to be hanging out with shows up. Vick tries to get him to leave, someone else shoots the guy....I don't see what Vick did wrong. Can someone enlighten me?
  14. I don't. I see this season going much better than last year, but I don't see it going that well. Not just yet, at least.
  15. Absolutely not. You can tell pretty easily by looking at the skin color that it's not Gibran. And going by the fact that the first number on the jersey is pretty clearly a "2", I'm going with Fred Jackson running a wildcat play. edit: the more I look at it, the more I can't really tell if that's a 2, or a 1. Guess it could be Parrish; I don't know the faces of most of the players well enough to tell for sure. I do know that both have been used in wildcat though, so my money's on it being one of those two.
  16. Honestly, I'd keep an eye on stubhub. I'm not terribly picky about where I sit, but I see tickets on there for well below face value for Bills games all the time. I had front row, tunnel side for preseason games for $9. For regular season, I see stuff in the $20 range pretty often, especially as the season goes on and people start getting disgruntled (or just don't want to go to the foul weather games).
  17. Just sayin' what, exactly? He spends the day in the air Thursday. Spends Friday taking care of wedding prep stuff, including the rehearsal dinner. Ceremony on Saturday. Or - and this possible, as some people do get married on Fridays - he's at the rehearsal dinner tonight, and has the ceremony tomorrow. I've already been in one Friday ceremony this year.
  18. Am I really going to be the first (and probably only) person to say that I'm happy to see that quote? Come on, you've got a running back who says he misses getting down to business and plowing down the competition...I'm excited to see if he's going to get back to business this year.
  19. I have no idea what's going on here. But please, keep it up. After the Sunday I had, I could use a good laugh.
  20. Most of us are old enough to write sentences that make some kind of sense. Don't worry, you'll get there someday.
