  1. I agree with Zona and Seattle being 500 (or less) teams Zona has a solid to average defense, but they have question marks at every level on defense that good teams will exploit and put on tape, and their offense is an implosion away from being "Just Throw it to Fitz" type of play Seattle plays well at home, but still needed a refs call to give them the win on MNF, I dont see anything special (aside from maybe the blossoming of Wilson and Beastmode gettin 1000) on that offense...
  2. THIS!!!! that should be the Buffalo Bills team mantra: RUN THE DAMN BALL!!!
  3. one...game...at...a...time.... and im glad that the coaches and players are all most likely thinking the same thing, thats how you take an NFL schedule....sunday to sunday, you truly can not overlook any opponent in the NFL (even the Rams)
  4. no one wants a practice player/gym all star gotta get it done on the field, and through three games Moorman has been pretty terrible the NFL is a what have you done for me lately league...its a results driven league, every game is important, every punt is important.... just now realizing that "giving Moorman one last year" was not the right move in August
  5. worked out Danario Alexander, and he isnt on that list either
  6. search threads before posting topic
  7. yea yea, thats a good point Dr. and hopefully we go to the playoffs and Gailey is still around next season for continuity...that is a good point...and like I said, thus far D Jones does look a helluva lot better than he did last year as far as the drops are concerned
  8. Jones has looked OK this year actually, he had a couple nice catches against Cleveland...but I am still very sour from him being a fragile little girl last year and MOSTLY because of his drops...I know injuries arent his fault (but some people are injury PRONE) but he seemed to drop everything last year, and feel like his role could easily be replaced by someone like TJ Graham and we could find a cheaper "number two" WR next year (like, in the draft) but I guess if its a reasonable contract I could be on board....
  9. facebook like so really its just Donald Jones? so were going to be resigning him (probably to too large a contract) when we should be resigning Byrd and Levitre? great
  10. oh cool, thanks! for some reason that scroll icon doesnt appear on my computer (****ty work comps)
  11. good question, their website doesnt offer much help, they dont even list Stevie as a client
  12. no idea what your trying to say here....why wasent Whitney a great singer? she had range, she had originality, what was missing? as far as Dylan (and again, I am a huge Bob fan, have seen him live several times, and religiously listen to recordings/records), we obviously have a different interpretation of "great singers"...he is a great songwriter and as someone pointed out in previous post, has found a voice for his song writing...but the man cant sing (self admittedly, see last rolling stone issue interview with him) a lick...sure he has one of the most recognizable singing voices of all time, but he wasent a great singer (in the sense of being able to carry a tune and/or has no range) - so if your trying to say his voice matches his music, then sure I agree... I would label great singers as people like: Sinatra, Robert Plant, Adele, Mercury, Etta James - people who could sing almost any song and have it sound beautiful... just my two cents though
  13. sucks to be you haha ill post updates for ya in the shoutbox
  14. maybe im giving too much credit to the Pats/NFL teams in general, but I just dont think they are having too much of a headache over gameplanning because we MIGHT be running Freddy/CJ/Tashard/White....i think their gameplan is going to be "clog the running lanes, fill gaps with LB who shed blocks and dont let the RB get to the outside" just like it is every week, against every RB they ever face...
  15. "Free agent WR Danario Alexander worked out for the Bills on Monday. Per The Sideline View's Adam Caplan, Alexander is "fully recovered" from the hamstring injury that cost him the majority of camp with the Rams. Alexander would be an intriguing flier for the receiver-needy Bills, but intrigue is typically what came before injury with one of the league's most brittle players in St. Louis." hes often injured, maybe a decent shot for a game or two????
  16. Oban = better than the fiddy
  17. YESSSSSS, agreed completely Blind Melon deserves more love, I saw them a few years back in Buffalo - obviously sans Hoon (but he has one of my favorite voices of all time)
  18. the !@#$ behind me was cheering when it happened, then later in the game made some stupid comment about "put spiller back in"....he also said "he got hit so hard hes wandering around trying to find Africa" after Donald Jones got hit once...totally classless my wife leered at him and I told him "only !@#$s cheer for injuries" and he was non responsive both times....ohhhhhhh 60 year old douche bags
  19. Spiller playing on Sunday (and possibly Fred too) would be remarkable and awesome Limit both of their touches on a "see how the game goes" basis and let Choice take majority of plays...ease them both back in as we run all over the Patsies
  20. hopefully he is suspended for the next game : )
  21. good stuff right there, an old dude whoopin some ass (presumably a bills fan?)
  22. oh I agree, I am a fan of the new album....Bobbo can really write good music, good hooks and catchy melodies...and with the help of the studio, it can really clean up his voice...but what Bob has never been, and will never be (especially at this age) is a great singer...simple as that i LOVE Robert Zimmerman
  23. because they take football seriously, they can play/practice almost all year round (and they do), they devote resources to the sport from little league up through high school, alot of poor kids realize thats their "way out" And not to be completely racist with it, but there are a lot of big black kids down there (academic research done also supports this, Americans bought and bred the biggest slaves, most of whom remained in the south after the end of slavery, and then procreated and to this day that effect is still evident) who excel at football... in the south, football is king/god
  24. hes never been able to sing haha, but your right, whoever said hes "still bringing it" in the thread is nuts...he never had the golden pipes, but today hes kind of awful to listen to - i prefer old recordings/records of the poet as for the thread: Hendrix for sure, and the Grateful Dead with Jerry
  25. I was there rocking out...the lot we were in was literally 90 percent bills fans...and we rocked it!!! I highly enjoyed "WOOFING" when the bills did good to mock the Browns and their stupid little woof woof chant...good day, good win
