I assume that a pretty contemporary design is coming. I know that many on here have pointed to the brick clad aesthetics of Seattle and Indianapolis as examples to emulate. It’ll be interesting to see which direction they go.

The brick would have been good for a downtown location.  But being out In Orchard Park, I think different materials will win out.

Based on this information, I bought non-refundable plane tickets and hotel reservations for Los Angeles and Detroit, took these dates off of work, and fought with my wife about it.

    You better be right, @Alphadawg7.

(Just kidding. Thank you for the tips.)

You’re kidding until you really want to do all of that.  🤣

Once my wife finds out how much tickets are she will suddenly find all these hotel deals where we can go up the central coast for the weekend and it’ll be cheaper than those tickets.  Or she’ll say I should just go by myself.

I just immediately said yes to the Suite invite…but don’t know if I am supposed to chip in or not haha.  Hope not cuz that’s gonna be expensive AF if so, but they didn’t say anything about money.  They just said we should join them in the suite.

I took my fiancé to the Rams vs Niners week 17 game.  First time at SoFi and had my friends season tickets.  Didn’t know where to park just followed WAZE in and wound up near the front lots near the big SoFi sign by ponds.

They asked me if I had some colored parking pass and I said “No, but I have these season tickets, is there a place I’m no supposed to park?”  She said I had to get out of the line I had been in for 20 minutes, turn around and go back out a ways and then I can park in the $80 or the $120 tailgating lot.

Mind you these lots were like 20 min walks from the stadium and $80-$120 to just freaking park!  I was like WTF we are gonna also miss part of the first quarter.  So I pulled forward and asked another guy how to get out, told him we were told to find a way out to those other lots.  He said, just park here (right In front of the stadium in those lots we didn’t have passes for), it’s cool.  So I said here take all the cash in my wallet which was like $26 to thank him.

Moral of the story.  If you drive to SoFi bring some cash and probably bribe your way into one of the other closer lots for cheaper than the far away lots LMAO

My church is in Inglewood, 2-3 miles west of Sofi.  I might park around there for free and Uber.

Yeah. Had me up until there. Honestly I’m not so sure next years first is needed. The Giants would be getting the leader of their defense for the next 5+ years once they resign him. A 2xpro bowl starter That’s got tons of experience. (At least that’s how it reads). We get a starter at CB. We trade first rounders this year with a bunch of extra picks, and conditional picks involved. Maybe next years 2nd would be there.

I also don’t think you need to move to 7 to get Lloyd either. Many mocks have him falling to late teens/early to mid 20s. But if you think this is the guy to run your defense and will be a game changer for the next 5+ years then you do it. At the same time grabbing a very good starting CB.

then you can trade back up into the early 2nd and take Breece Hall 😉

If Beane traded up to #7 with a deal that included Edmunds, no way he’s doing it to draft a LB.

Kyle Hamilton, Ahmad Gardner or Derek Stingley would be my guess, with Hamilton being my best guess.  Hamilton’s a freak and a chess piece for whichever defense he plays on.

Short week, against the lions, easy w and long rest for following week. Thank you nfl

Don’t assume wins.  How many said that about Jacksonville last year?  Lions play hard.  If Bills play their best they win.  But we’ve seen they aren’t beyond a bad loss.

Was the city’s interest news to the government in San Diego like it was to the one in Austin?  This “revelation” is just Hochul playing politics and giving herself cover for a sweetheart deal to the Pegulas.  While I am happy that the Bills are staying in WNY, it could’ve been done with a deal that wasn’t nearly this dirty.

Maybe, maybe not.  You assume Hochul wasn’t  telling the truth and those other  government officials were.  The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.  The intel she divulged probably came from the Pegula’s reps and is that game of chicken one you would have wanted her to play?  I wouldn’t.  As opposed to folks jumping on this deal ask why Buffalo and the other parts of the state continue to trail behind downstate decade after decade.  Hasn’t been a new football stadium in 50 years.  So where have all those tax dollars for more important things gone?  Under Democratic and Republican leadership at that.  Just a rhetorical question.

The Bills are going to be where they belong going forward.  Good for Bills fans.  This is one instance where I don’t particularly care how it happened

My point is there will be zero dynamic WRs available at 25.

I do love Pickens but at 25 that would be considered a reach. I also like Dotson.

Play as in start or play if needed?

Play as needed until they earn more time.  Crowder only got a 1 year deal.  McKenzie is basically on a 1 year deal too.  Davis will be up for an extension or hit Free Agency After 2023.  Need young, cheap talent at the position that can be impactful.

They didn’t add a WR in the 1st few rounds when they had Diggs and Beasley. They added Davis and developed him. That’s exactly what their plan at WR should be this year. Round 3-4 WR and develop. Probably another one in the 6-7 rounds. We need depth.

Crowder should get around 70 targets. Davis an extra 40 targets. Knox an extra 10 targets. McKenzie probably gets more targets, let’s give him 10 more. I’m being conservative here with target projections.

So we’re looking at a projection of 50 targets or so for the rookie WR. A season likely of 35 catches, 500 yards, 5 TDs.

I think we can get a WR in the 3-4 round that gives us similar numbers but might need more time to develop. A Josh Palmer like WR from last year.

They already have Marquez Stevenson for development.  They could use  a guy who can play now, pedigree-wise.

My spec. is that simply trying to let her voters know the threat was real and make the $850 mil. More palatable.  Who knows how serious San Diego was when they wouldn’t fork up the $ for a newer Chargers stadium.  It went to a refendum (like everything on the left coast)

True. But she only mentioned San Diego.  There seems to have been other places as well.  Pegula’s would definitely be fronting all the money for a California stadium.  Public money for new stadiums isn’t a thing out here.

maybe he shouldn't have tweeted what he did, but it was not OUTRAGEOUS. certainly not worthy of the reaction it garnered.

Brennan was long out of football and was a 6th rd pick who never had expectations above what he would become.

Does not matter what Brennan was expected or not expected to do.  That’s the point.   Someone just passed away, tragically.  Leave it at that.  No reason to bring up anything else.  There’s plenty of time to talk about the rest down the line if need be.

The guy puts out metric tons of content live and on Twitter - often breaking the news and not just reframing someone else’s report. Some will be imperfect. It’s not like he trashed the guy in any type of over the top way. He acknowledged that the guy was a great collegiate player but still trying to catch on in the nfl. Is it really worth getting out the pitchforks and torches or is it a little bit less consequential?

who among us has a history without some sort of ill executed but non malicious mistake

His tweet about Colt Brennan’s passing only included info about Brennan being a great college player - no mention of his many “struggles.”  So, Schefter is, apparently,  capable of better when it suits him.

Re-signing Diggs likely means that one -- if not two -- of Knox, Edmunds, and Poyer will not be re-signed.

Given age and recent safety prospect visits, I'd list Poyer as the MOST likely not to be here in 2023.

I'm not commenting on that decision one way or the other. I love Jordan Poyer. Most underrated safety in the NFL. I'm just recognizing the reality that you can't pay everybody, and that a 32 year old safety seems like a logical choice to let walk after the season.

    Truth.

Although, if Beane can’t meet the desired price he might choose to trade him before this season starts.
