The Bills can no longer sit by and watch top rated QBs get drafted by other teams and expect to turn things around.

If we get a chance to get G Smith or Barkley & don't take it then Nix will never be welcome in Buffalo ever again.

Geno Smith, Barkley, Jones, Wilson, Bray, Nassib - I'll take any of them. We need some fresh blood at QB with "potential"! We've seen what Fitz has to offer and it's not going to get any better nor is it good enough. Our top needs are: 1) Re-sign Byrd & Levitre. 2) New LBs. 3) QB 4) WRs My prediction for this coming season is 5 wins. tough schedule & a new coaching staff will get us another high draft pick next year which will be the year we finally make the playoffs!

We need to go QB or LB with our fisrt pick - NO Exceptions!!!!!!!!!

I'll be happy with either G. SMITH or M. Barkley in the first. I'm also still holding out hope for Alex Smith from San Fran.

There is no reason to keep either Fitz or Thiggy on as players. I might keep Fitz on for coaching & mentoring but that is about it.

Picking a WR before a QB would be irresponsible. you could have all of the best WR in the world & it won't do you any good without a QB that can get the ball to them. Gino Smith if he's there otherwise the next best QB available. (Ok - maybe a LB at 8 but NOT a WR)

Fitz is not a QB that can win a Super Bowl so why keep him as QB? NEXT!

Levi has a very strong arm. I would love to see him get another chance in Buffalo.

I'm OK with keeping Fitz for.about $900k/yr but not much more than that. It's not like any other team will want him, except for perhaps the Jets. Fitz doesn't have half the accuracy of Smith. where Smith can throw a ball through a tire, Fitz can't even hit the tire.

Draft 1 QB with the 8th pick, go after vets like Alex Smith & Joe Flacco and then go after LBs.. We should also try to land WR Bowe from KC . We can't really tell what we have on D yet due to the pathetic coaching we had last yr.

We definately need a big strong-armed QB to play in our windy stadium. Let's not play games and just re-sign Byrd & Levitre

I agree that I would try to keep Wilson. I'm really looking forward to seeing what this defense can do with a real DC.

Here's my question: if you are Buffalo and all set in taking the best LB available in the first rnd & then take Nassib in the 2nd but Geno Smith is available to you at 8, what do you do?

I still like Easley over D Jones & I would love BOWE opposite Stevie

I think DeHaven could be a lot better with a young HC that would push him to be more aggressive. I assume that Chan always directed him to stick with the safe and higher percentage stuff.

I'd like to see us keep some of the coaching staff such at DeHaven, Metz & the O-line coach.

We should grab a vet like A Smith or Vick and then use a high draft pick on a Rookie QB.

My top choices are: Chucky (Jon Gruden), Chip Kelly, Whisenhut, Jay Gruden, and then Lovie Smith. Cohwer doen't have his wife to stop him from coming to Buffalo now but the first thing he would do is hire Chan Gailey as OC. Cohwer would dictate to Chan who to start at QB and when to run and when to pass. I'm over Cohwer now. I like the idea of a young or aggressive HC.
