  1. I'm expecting the loss. A win would be great, but If I were a betting man I'd wager the mortgage on Warner keeping his seat.
  2. This is true, yet strangely liberals support the structure that enables big education to burden the younger generation with smothering debt, thus keeping those from lower income families from being able to pull themselves up.
  3. We have a walking, talking vagina in VA named Mark Warner. He's like a caricature of a politician and he talks like a huge pu$$y. He's the incumbent and is supposed to win this thing walking away, but it's tight. I'm not getting my hopes up, but if Ed Gillespie wins I'll be happier than if the Bills beat the Pats*. And the left will have suffered a monumental defeat.
  4. What does destroying TGregg's dreams of glory have to do with Republicans?
  5. Tell Dareus that Kelce stole his stash.
  6. This trade stinks of collusion. I'm reporting it to the commissioner.
  7. +1 That's going to make its way into many a text message.
  8. I won't pretend otherwise. I'm just curious, are you talking about something in PPP or on the main board?
  9. No to Canadian QBs. We need someone who can play in night games.
  10. Does this mean I can use "the n-word" freely?
  11. A lot of people believed what happened in Vegas stayed in Vegas too, but herpes doesn't respect geopolitical borders. And neither do I. Dude, you must be a blast at parties.
  12. I want to know what the special deal for the "rich and white" is. My loan payments start coming due next month and I could really use the white man's discount. I just can't find any info on it.
  13. As some of you know, there is a poster among us named TGregg. He's currently going under the name "GreggyT" but I don't intend to let him escape his past that easily. For those of you who don't already know, TGregg is a dick. If he were a South Park character he'd be Scott, because Scott's a dick. I hate TGregg with the fire of a dozen sons. I hate him as though he were Tom Brady. I'm talking about the kind of hate Jackson had for the Indians (or Redskins, if you prefer), Tom had for Jerry, and Obama has for freedom. What does this have to do with anything? As some of you may also know, we have a PPP fantasy football league. This week I'm facing off against the scourge that is TGregg, and I'm asking for your help. Now I'm not suggesting anyone pull a Tonya Harding on Antonio Brown , but if we keep TGregg in our most negative thoughts and prayers, perhaps we can put out enough negative energy to lead his team to defeat and thus break his spirit. And then get to taste his delicious tears. And this isn't about me winning my fantasy week. I mean, that's exactly what it's about, but it's also about taking a stand and making a statement. And that statement is "!@#$ you, TGregg. !@#$ you in your !@#$ing ass!" Help me crush this walking genital wart. Thank you for your support.
  14. Aphorisms don't pay the bills.
  15. As a fan I don't care for it, but seeing as how he's a real person with a chance of a lifetime I don't blame him. We can all speculate about what we think we should or would do, but if he gets a back injury or something similar he could go from being guaranteed $10+ million to making a small fraction of that. If I were already a multi-millionaire I might think it was worth the risk to chase college football glory, but if I have one realistic shot of being set up for life, a college football game, even a championship, is nowhere near as important. Not even close. That ring's not going to pay the rent or put the kids through school.
  16. Rivers really came through for you.
  17. Anyone who puts the W/L record of a college football team above the financial security of his family is an idiot and a fool.
  18. I would very much prefer this than trying to fix the OL through the draft. Not that I'm opposed to drafting OL, but we're in win now mode for the first time in forever and we've got plenty of developmental guys. Fill holes in FA, build for the future in the draft. BPA!
  19. A mid to late round RB that caught my eye is Malcolm Brown out of TX. at 6' 228 lb. he's got ideal size and he looks like an NFL RB when he's got the ball. I don't know if he'll last to our first pick, but Bud Dupree out of KY looks good at DE. He's got pretty good size, has decent pass rush moves, is effective against the run, and looks very instinctive. He'd look good in a Bills uniform.
  20. Hey, there comes a time when everyone has to stand for something. I stand with Wendy.
  21. Chargers still have to face Den, NE, BAL, SF, & KC. It's not like they have a cakewalk. On a side note, their game against NE Will help us no matter who wins.
  22. MN is only "one of the worst teams in the league" because we won that game. If we lose they're 4-4.
