you're favorite female vocalist.

I don't know that they're my two favorites, but Wynona Judd & Mary Chapin Carpenter are high in the running. -

The other part of the problem is that people like my in-laws would rather !@#$ off than fish even when people are offering free fishing lessons. -
I sometimes wonder if it's an understood but unspoken thing. How else do you explain Walt Coleman's continued employment.

I hate how fashionable it is to advertise economic ignorance.

Horse ****. Most people are not poor. Most people with double digit IQs are not poor. Stating that the richest among us have a correlation to the most educationally accomplished among us is neither insightful, nor relevant to the topic you were addressing. -

He's obviously an outlier. You know who else are outliers? The dozen or so responsible, hard working people in America who can't find a way to make a living. -

The more you say the more you make it clear how narrow your understanding is. Double digit IQ guys make a good living in trades all the time. You'd be amazed. I know a guy who can barely read (seriously) who makes well over $100k/yr grinding stumps. -

Not only that, but anyone who thinks additional funding for public schools is the missing ingredient to freeing kids from poverty doesn't know squat about the people they claim to want to help. -

Neither have you. I know you've never been close to poor, nor have you really been close to anyone who has been. You talk about the poor like a priest talks about pu$$y. -

The nation doesn't have great wealth. People living within this nation do. You make it seem as though the nation produced it and some people just got to have more than others. The only wealth the nation has is that which it extorts from the citizens. You may be fine with that, but this is factually what's taking place. You just in one post claimed that the alternative to Marxism is workers dying in sweatshops, and in the very next post accuse someone else of building a straw man. That's classic. -
Rumor has it they wanted ASJ but he came off the board before we picked in the 2nd.

I agree, but the Bills, particularly this year, have been on the losing end of that equation. I'm not speculating as to the reason. It could be an unintentional bias based on the Bills having sucked for the entirety of this century, or just bad luck, or some other reason, but they've gotten !@#$ed a lot this season, and all too often it's on the very subjective, very questionable calls. Like bogus holding calls, that bull **** grounding call the other day, PI calls for good defense (that one on Gilmore was inexcusable. He made a great play and the team suffered for it.) As a fan you should be pissed off. Even if the calls are !@#$ing the other team you should get pissed off. Like I said, with bang-bang plays you're going to have a natural margin of error, but discretionary calls (especially taunting) should only be called when the ref knows for sure it's warranted and we've seen plenty of calls this year where the ref couldn't have seen the penalty because their was no !@#$ing penalty. It's one thing to miss a penaly, it's quite another to call a penalty when one didn't occur. If you didn't see it what the !@#$ are you calling?

What piqued my interest was someone on FB made some comment about the struggle between the economy and the environment and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how a pipeline is inherently bad for the environment. I guess that's it. It's not that it will cause a problem it's just that it could potentially cause a problem that might (but probably wouldn't) cause some minor "disaster" that we could build up to be more than it is.

That any time a child in a country of 300 million people goes a day without a standard residence it's an epidemic that can only be addressed by exponential expansion of government welfare programs. In truth, this is the most honest look into the mind of a liberal. They never argue how or why their "solutions" will be effective or beneficial, they instead find an anecdotal problem. Then they give a false choice: either you think my solution makes sense or you don't care that this kid was homeless. -
Read my post. I don't claim the NFL is fixed, but the officiating is poor. The Bills may have lost, and maybe they're not good enough to overcome bad calls, but they've been hosed more than a couple of times this season and it's bull ****. I don't know why ahyone would defend the league, or particularly Walt "I !@#$ my mother" Coleman on any of this. I can forgive calls like the attempted unnecessary roughness call on Williams? when he went head first into a sliding Alex Smith and didn't make contact. I can forgive a missed PI call. But some of these calls, like PI where no PI occurred, or false start where no false start occurred, that end drives for the Bills or sustain drives for the opposition substantially impact the flow and outcome of the game. It's one thing to watch the team lose, it's another when you're waiting for them to shoot themselves in the foot, they don't, but then some dickless ref makes a call that causes the same result. It happens far too often and it sucks.

I haven't been following that closely, but can anyone clue me in on what the counterargument to the Keystone pipeline is? I understand the aversion to Keystone light, but I don't get the resistance to the pipeline. Losing the Jews would be to the Dems what losing Walter Cronkite was to LBJ.

1. I think a great deal of that has to do with the fact that young people tend to lack marketable skills (and often live with their parents where they require less income) and old people tend to have greater wealth but less income. If looked at only through that prism it paints a false picture. People tend to move through income brackets throughout their lifetime. 2. I don't suggest we should leave the mentally ill to fend for themselves, but I don't think giviing them a check is the answer. 3. What solution are you referring to? -
Maybe Pettine developed a fondness for EJ Manuel while he was in Buffalo. Perhaps we could trade Manwel for Manzell.
-
Doubt there's a savior within reach. Get used to Orton or prepare yourself for worse. Top 20 QBs don't grow on trees. Our best hope is that a talented QB has a falling out with management (a la Carson Palmer). Otherwise we're either "developing" some shmoe we hope can learn to be good, or hoping we can build a strong enough team that it can win with Orton. That's the reality.

Who do you WANT as the Bills coach in 2015?

Don't care -
I'm not going to say it's rigged, but it's extremely flawed. By my count this is the 3rd game where the Bills have been raped by the Refs - at least we won one of them. Maybe good teams overcome those calls, but the Bills aren't that good a team. And it's worth noting that the Dolphins didn't have to overcome those calls. Either way, the NFL can kiss my ass, and all the d-bags that think the league can do no wrong can do the same. I'm through wasting time and money on this crap. I may tune back in next year, but the NFL has lost me as a fan for now. It's no longer fun, and I always said if it wasn't fun I'd stop watching.

Sum up the 2014 season with one famous movie quote
