  1. I used to love those Saturday games in December as well. They stopped when the Thursday night games began.
  2. This is like watching the same bad movie over and over again every single Sunday. It's like the movie "Groundhog Day".
  3. You kill me. So having a 7 year lease is not good news? If they didn't get this deal done, they had no lease at all. What a maroon. Some people can find negativity in anything. Just enjoy your football team for crying out loud. There is absolutely zero evidence that this team will ever move. And even if there was, what could we do about it? So why worry about it, EVER? Just enjoy having a team to root for in the next seven years and relax.
  4. I knew someone would find the negative in this. This is good news for Bills fans. Enjoy it. They ain't going anywhere, particularly not LA.
  5. Nobody is suggesting burning down the stadium. They have had enough time to turn this thing around. One more year? Are you kidding me? Please show me one indication that this team is even remotely headed in the right direction. Anything that you can come up with that warrants another year of this absolute horror show.
  6. You mean Democrat right? That is what just happened. Record unemployment, huge national debt, median household income down, but let's have four more please.
  7. BS The Bills home is in Buffalo. Now and in the future. Call me delusional if you wish. but I refuse to worry about something that I have no control over. If they were ever to move, the fans would have no say, so why worry? We couldn't do anything anyway. So I for one am not going to speculate on something that I do not believe is going to happen or that I cannot control even if it did.
  8. Unlike the fans, the players understand that it's not the owner's fault. Maybe you should find another team. Wilson has proved that he is willing to spend money. It's the coaching staff that is the problem and he didn't hire them. He hired the GM and maybe made a bad decision there, but in my mind he wants nothing more than to win. He just hasn't been able to put the right combination of front office and coaches in place. But I sincerely believe he is trying. If all the NFL player had an attitude like yours, we wouldn't be able to field a team at all.
  9. And you believe that anyone who would step in to replace these guys would be worse? I don't think so. Fire the entire staff.
  10. Gotta be Jim Brown. Toughest running back I ever saw play.
  11. Show me the stats. How many season tickets were sold in southern Ontario the year before the Toronto series and how many this year? Is it a true spike in season ticket sales? Statistics will tell the true story, not rhetoric from a marketing guy. Show me the actual stats.
  12. You don't have to play games in Toronto to market the team to southern Ontario. Show me the statistics that say season ticket sales to people from southern Ontario have significantly increased since the start of this series. And your speculation about LA is just that. Anything can happen. Doesn't mean it will. Still no factual evidence to suggest this is even a possibility so why worry about it? Even if it were a real possibility, there is nothing we can do about it, so I see no point in speculating about it or worrying about it at all, EVER.
  13. No one can say for certain, but to speculate about a move without any real evidence that it will ever happen is counterproductive. There is no story here. Zero. And as far as the Toronto series being a "success", I guess I would question your criteria for success. They couldn't give away enough tickets to fill the Rogers Centre. The majority of the city of Toronto is apathetic at best towards this game. The Bills have not played well north of the border, so in my mind, this series has been far from successful. I live in Newfoundland and last year my son, his fiance and myself flew into Toronto, stayed in Cheektowaga and rented a car and drove to the Philadelphia game at the Ralph because the whole package was much cheaper than a hotel and tickets to the game in Toronto.
  14. BS. The Buffalo Bills are not moving to LA. With or without the Toronto series they are and will remain the BUFFALO BILLS. I am so tired of this lame speculation. Absolutely no basis in fact for this happening. I know that losing sucks, but this team is not going anywhere and people in Toronto hate the Bills games. Read any Toronto newspaper. This series is on it's last legs unless the league really wants it to continue as an "International" game like the one in London every year. Both are stupid ideas. England is soccer country and they don't care about American football. Canada is hockey country and they don't care about our game either.
  15. He tried to run the wildcat and Aikman told him "If you're going to take me out on third down, you better be prepared to leave me out cuz I ain't goin' back in." That was the end of that.
  16. Wouldn't mind this at all. It's time we had a coach with some balls.
  17. He has got to go. This team has enough talent right now to be a playoff team, but he has coached them out of at least three winnable games this year. Think about that. Without him at the helm, they could be at least 8-5 this year instead of 5-8.
  18. No excuse for this. They were the better team today and their coach called them out of a win. Pathetic. AGAIN.
  19. Saw this one coming from the second quarter on. When you play not to lose, you almost always lose.
  20. Anyone the least bit surprised by this drive? This is a very familiar pattern. Play just well enough to let the other team hang around until they beat you. Would love to see the Bills step up their game a bit after this drive. Hoping for the best.
  21. This has the feel of the classic Bills last second loss.
  22. Then hit the tight end over the middle. Doesn't make sense to throw the ball to a WR who will get absolutely nothing after the catch.
