But they do work in the off season they need to watch their diet and train to stay in shape and I would think most players do a lot of their charity work in the off season. Trust me watching what you eat and working out at the gym is tough....for me anyway...I struggle to stay motivated...I find it easier to do my job everyday Its just a bit different from our 9-5 grind

He is from California so unless its on fire I would think being a young guy that's where he would be...close to his family

I was at that Draft Party in the Jim Kelly Club with my GF. When they traded down I cheered Then 16 came and I wanted them to trade down again they didn't When they picked EJ I nearly cried. The thing is with EJ I hoped and prayed he would turn out ok. With Josh its different I know deep down that the kid is going to be good.

I some how doubt year 3 is a make or break year you don't draft a QB at 7th overall and toss him to the curb that easily.

He looked like a draft bust his first 2 years. Flashed a bit last year(2018) not enough for them to pull the trigger on a 5th year option. Had a decent 2019 as a rotational player.

You should be his agent I think Beane would go for something close to that.
