  1. Keep them open in the 4th qtr next season and the stadium will be all but paid for.
  2. Part of the virtual tour will be having to walk through the forest to get to the stadium.
  3. Again, why would poloncarz veto the stadium? It means jobs and the bills staying in Erie county. He wins votes even if he doesn't want it. The article has Pegula quoted as threatening to move the team or that's just what they felt? Do I think there are other sponsors out there? Yes. You think original pizza logs is the sponsor they wanted to use for a leader expiring in a few years or would they prefer to go with a bigger corp and wanted to wait until the new stadium and lease was in place?
  4. You said Pegula demanded, now it's asked. Do I have poloncarz saying he wanted one, no. But him denying it would be political suicide in Erie county. Assumptions. Ass u me. The current sponsors are contracted to highmark. That means nothing once the new stadium is built. Again, assumption.
  5. Give Cleveland some time. They like offering stupid deals.
  6. Like poloncarz didn't want to have a new stadium built along with the thousands of bills fans in WNY. And all the businesses that are going to get jobs from the construction and maintenance of the stadium. And all the sponsors that are going to want to have their name on a shiny new stadium. None of them wanted it built. Only Pegula. Got it.
  7. Yes, I know in the long run it doesn't matter but just pointing out that it is not HIS stadium as they were saying.
  8. I'm not supporting him. Just pointing out the fact that the stadium is not his. It belongs to Erie county and Terry is leasing it from them. I'm not sure what risk is involved exactly from the average person. Taxes go up with or without the stadium. Terry now has to keep the team competitive for the next 20 years to make back his money on the lease he is going to sign. He has his own risks to deal with.
  9. NY is giving Erie county a billion dollars for a new stadium. Not Pegula.
  10. I'm still waiting on the trickle down effect from Reaganomics. I was promised it would happen.
  11. I do think it's a good idea but can only imagine how quickly that will go downhill when fans are drunk of their asses and leave the game. Those things are gonna get disgusting pretty quick.
  12. I get that. I just meant that I thought this was already discussed a while ago about Mac calling bama so it's not really anything new. Just "stirring the pot" for the trade rumors with old data from PFT.
  13. Didn't this happen back in November/December?
  14. Even if there is a player they could lean on, they will only give that player 20% of the snaps.
  15. I hate this take. You're probably right... But I hate it anyways 😆.
  16. 42.75m. 49.4m total vested.
  17. Does talking include visiting and physical? Honestly questioning. Normally, trades are completed after the physical examination is completed and the player is cleared but the deal is usually already announced prior to that.
  18. surprised this wasn't posted.
  19. I've watched his stuff for the past year or two. He's fairly objective and he catches a lot of flack from fins fans for his breakdowns of the afc east teams since he's a fins fan himself.
  20. I'll just replay post game interviews of McD instead of listening to Grandpa Belichick mumble while he takes an afternoon nap with his favorite John Wayne Western playing in the background.
  21. Where's spags when you need the inside scoop on this?
  22. Don't forget those 1 yard shovel passes that Kelce for 1yd and a TD. That's the rub that mahomes is going to get, same as Brady always did. He would complete simple short passes for big gains and/or TD's. It wasn't "mahomes magic" or "Brady brilliance", it was a great offensive play design that resulted in a great play. The reality is, they will always give the credit to the QB and maybe some to the coach.
  23. He did that a while ago. He should have started to listen to negotiations after his 3rd season and got it done like Allen, and many other qbs, did. Instead he bet on himself as a player and an agent and now he's kind of stuck. I still think he's a good player but he's causing more problems at this point with his demands than anything and could end up getting even less than he wanted because of it.
