  1. You pointed out 5 mistakes in 110 games. Sound like my ex wife. Texans game, I prefer them throwing over trying to run the ball. Last night, they ran the QB sneak and didn't get it (that's on the offensive Co for not telling them to either hurry up and run it again or spike it, not HC) 12-men on the field for Broncos, special teams (Smiley who has turned Bass into an erratic kicker and the coverage unit into a yardage machine) The big one, Smiley again on the sideline calling the play. And we can go back to last night again, we needed a blocked punt. Smiley had 9 players on the field and didn't even tell the return man to try to do something. How do you have your returner call a fair catch with 6 seconds left in the game?
  2. No, they just don't like McD or want to blaim someone. (Same as Smiley getting all the hate right now. And probably rightfully in his case). He does stupid stuff in crunch time. I'm not going to deny that. But when the team is rolling they forget that he's the defensive schemer from the start. Not, Babich or Frasier.
  3. Bills have a great defensive game: "Babich called a great game" Bills have a bad defensive game: "Typical McDermott defense/playcalling" Some people just want to hate on McD.
  4. Funny enough, I just watched "eight men out" last night. That's kind of why. If enough people know, then everyone is going to know "the fix is in". And I don't think most of these people that have a vote care enough to get them to bet on someone that is -400 or +350 or even +1000 to give up their integrity. If you were telling one of these people that someone at +5000 or higher might be the favorite, then I could see it happening.
  5. I've never seen this list before so I appreciate it. At a quick glance, I'd say 30 of the names already have Allen as MVP and not going to change their mind about it unless Allen has a Jets like performance (3 INTs) next week and Barkley has 150+ for 2-3 TDs.
  6. If he puts up half the performance he did against the Lions that he did against the Rams, I don't see his line moving. I honestly think most voters are already penning Barkley as OPOY.
  7. I've done it plenty of times, don't worry.
  8. Was glamping and wasn't able to watch the game at home. Also didn't have my bills shirt and/or pull over (only brought my socks).
  9. Mine was a free autographed picture of Brian Moorman punting out of his own endzone. IYKYK. 😁
  10. Leading tacklers yesterday were all the secondary and then Bernard. On 29 running plays the secondary and Bernard had more than any one Dlineman.
  11. Any officiating geniuses on here? I'm curious about the blocked punt because watching the replay in slow-mo, Ferguson was hit almost as soon as the ball was snapped. Isn't the center supposed to be protected in some way during a snap? I know there is the "lining up over the center" penalty but that apparently wasn't the case. In any event, he was falling backwards within a second of the ball being snapped and it just looked very odd that we don't see that happen more often. Here's the snippet of where the ball is when Reid is being contacted.
  12. There was a post game interview with either Bernard or Benford, can't remember which one. Basically said they had a game plan that would have worked but no one was executing correctly. I don't really know what to make of that honestly but it sounded more like they were playing like the game didn't really matter to them and/or weren't focused. Call it jet lag or call it bad coaching but it was pretty clear the defense looked like they were 2 steps behind on every play.
  13. Jawaan Taylor is in a league of his own when it comes to moving early.
  14. I agree they are different plays but the refs weren't calling it either way was my point.
  15. I get it, it was a big missed called but Dawkins was jumping early all game and likely should have been flagged as well.
  16. I looked it up and the 5 losses were: Yesterday vs Philly in OT Miami when they played on the surface of the sun Vikings in OT TB in OT So I would say yesterday and against TB were the only two games where they were trailing big. The Philly, Miami and Vikings games were more back and forth games. I do agree that they tend to stop trying to beat teams when they get up 2 scores and put the offense on cruise control which is a mentality I will never understand. You're basically inviting the other team to get back into the game. I'd also venture to guess a good amount of the wins from Mahomes were when he still had Hill on the team to get those 400+ yards.
  17. Just listened to that and can't believe the stats. Allen is 4-5 when he puts up 400+ total yards. Mahomes is 14-2.
  18. Kinda felt that was going to be a big reason for the lose. Waiting to see if the defense can do anything.
  19. On no, the bills are done! Ty Johnson!
