Is this any good? I'm a huge sour fan but after a few bad ones and getting weary of spending the money without knowing what I'm getting myself into. I know it's a Bills site but the one Buffalo beer that was put out by Southern Tier is really good. Most of the Southern Tiers I have tried have been good. The Cherry Gose (a sour) was just alright though. I know some people have wives with gluten allergies (as does mine) she can get away with drinking Corona Light. It was explained (I'm foggy sorry) that the gluten is so low it is basically gluten free. Since she only likes beer (ni wine or hard liquor) this was great news to her.

"It's always their decision whether they should go," Boeheim said. "You don't have to agree with it, but you do have to support that decision. I'll be very happy for him because he's a great kid." Boeheim said most college coaches believe that if a player is not bound for the NBA lottery, he should return to school if he's capable of reaching that coveted and lucrative spot in the draft. "I know he can be," Boeheim said, "and that's what I told him. I think that's a better way to go to the NBA and make more money. They draft you high, they play you. Half the picks between 20 and 30 are out of the league within three years. But again, it comes down to what he thinks, what he wants to do. I'm just grateful he's given us the two years he's given us. He's been a huge part of our team." Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim said he spoke with Orange sophomore Tyler Lydon at 1 p.m. Monday. At that point, Boeheim said, Lydon had not signed with an agent, which would end his college eligibility. http://www.syracuse.com/orangebasketball/index.ssf/2017/03/jim_boeheim_spoke_today_withtyler_lydon_who_said_he_hadnt_signed_with_agent.html

In What Round Do the Bills Take Joe Mixon

I'm out of this convo. He didn't handle himself right. I won't argue that. I just can't get on board with him not being able to move on with his life. I'm not on board with this incident meaning he can't play professional football. -
I saw that he was going to but as of today he hasn't

In What Round Do the Bills Take Joe Mixon

He was 17. I get where you're coming from but I don't agree at all. If a woman throws a punch nothing is off the table. How many times does she get to hit him before he can defend himself? For me it is 1 time. If he threw the first punch i'd be right there with you except calling it about equal to child molestation. There is no crime worse imo. The victim must suffer the consequence every single day for the rest of their life. They don't put themselves in situations to be molested like this woman did. She threw a punch and got punched. She doesn't want him to hit her she shouldn't hit him. Women can be in the wrong too... Before you ask, yes I have a daughter. I would be pissed if someone hit her like Mixon did but I would fully admit that she brought it on herself (if she were stupid enough to conduct herself in the same manner as this woman) Yup. If Rice's last year was good he would have been able to come back. Greg Hardy played for the Cowboys AFTER his incidents. Shoot Rice only got 2 games until the video came out. Yeah I think both are dumb but both are employable. Even if the Bills wanted Kaep he wouldn't come here. He singled out Buffalo as the place that was the worst to him. -
Forgot all about about Grant. Man so much talent missed with these guys leaving early for the check! I hope Lydon comes back but won't hold my breath. At least he hasn't signed with an Agent yet.

Yeah I wouldn't bet on that if I were you... My favorite quote from the combine "If they thought Hannibal Lecter could help them they would say he had an eating disorder" Mixon put up measureables in line with the best of the class. He might get pushed down but I would be surprised if he makes it out of the 3rd. -

Stop it. That video where she hit him first? I'm not excusing his actions as he shouldn't have done it but let's not make it out to be on the same level as Child Molestation. I expected the video to be much much worse with all of the build up. Mixon won't be on the Bills because the need isn't there but I think somebody will be getting a good player in the late second early 3rd. -
Well at least 1 of them made the right decision as Battle will be returning! http://www.syracuse.com/orangebasketball/index.ssf/2017/03/tyus_battle_definitely_returning_to_syracuse_basketball_next_season.html I get the idea but I just disagree. With the wage scale in the NBA players don't get paid until their 2nd and 3rd contracts (if they get there) and they are percentage increases. It behooves all of these guys to go as high as possible in the draft. Lydon right now is hoping to go at the end of the first. If he stayed and went were Kamisky went (I know white on white comp but I think it fits well - Kamisky was better than Lydon is right now) he would make much more money. Here is a good link for more info If someone gets picked 11th they make 6.4 in the first 3 years. 21st like Malachi is only 4 million. Never mind if they drop out of the first which Lydon certainly could do and then there is no guaranteed money. Making 5 million is cool but shortsighted. Players have to be looking at earning that second contract. That takes players from rich to set for life. I'm not upset and I get the idea of leaving if you know you can I just don't think it is smart. Dion Waiters, Melo, Wes Johnson, MCW, even Jonny Flynn made the right call because they were lottery picks. This is where I agree with your point even if I think Waiters and Flynn could have made themselves better by staying. Donte Greene, Paul Harris, Devendorf, Ennis, Richardson (especially him - best of this bunch imo and probably a top 10 pick this year), Chris McCullough (you forget about him? I did lol) all should have continued playing college ball.

2017 NFL Mock Drafts & Top Prospects
section122 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in College Football
This is what I have been trying to verbalize about Howard as well. Both he and Peppers at 10 would have me nervous (read as pretty sure they will suck because BBFS) lol -
According to Spotrac your numbers are close but just a little off. They have the Bills at 9.95 million subtracting the rookie pool or 16.3 with the rookie pool. You have listed 12 "improvements" but I see it a little differently. I think you are dead on for QB, WR, CB, CB, S, S, LB as positions that need to be upgraded. I think DT, TE, RT, and DE could be upgraded but probably won't. That leaves 7 spots that need an upgrade and they have 6 picks with 10 million dollars to fill the holes. Not in as bad of a spot as most of us thought at the start of preseason. Unfortunately I don't see a roster ready to make it over the hump but it's spring time and time for optimism! edit: on topic I would really like to know if they have approached Glenn about this and what his response would be. I agree with others that the talent need is closing between RT and LT and it would allow for the best set of tackles imo. Groy out at RT makes me nervous as inside guys don't generally kick outside with much success.

I just can't call him the safest pick in the draft especially with the recent track record of the top rated tes. I did some more looking him up and can't get past some of these things: from here Saw playing time diminish from junior to senior season. Explosive talent who doesn't make enough explosive plays. Scouts question his competitive nature. Should become substantially more productive as a pro, but the difference between "potential weapon" and "elite tight end" will likely be tied to his desire and overall football character. or here Take away the breakout national title games and Howard's junior (33 catches for 394 yards and zero scores) and senior campaigns (41-489-2) are potentially more alarming than exhilarating. The fact that he has not made more progress in Alabama's offense suggests that he may possess only average football intelligence and passion for the game. Howard is not the bulldozer with the ball in his hands that his size would suggest. I don't want questions of effort and explanation for lack of production out of the 10th pick. I've been thinking over the past few days and still can't come up with someone who struggled to produce in college and then blew up in the NFL. He has Gronk measureables but not his physicality it appears. (I am no expert) From Bills wire (you're welcome blokes ) in an article about why the Bills should draft Howard: Since 2000, just three tight ends have been top-10 picks (Eric Ebron, Vernon Davis, Kellen Winslow) and all were dominant collegiate players with elite athletic ability. Howard doesn't fit the profile of being a dominant collegiate player and 2 of the 3 didn't live up to their status. Again has me nervous to pick him at 10. I can see the plus of drafting him. He offers that other target the offense needs, allows for 2 te sets, is a good blocker. I just worry about him being the difference maker that the 10th pick should be. If the Bills take him I'll hope like hell that he turns it on but I'll be nervous...

I see you on reddit and on here. Keep the good stuff coming!

So much to digest... Sat Courtside on Saturday, my bald spot spent a lot of time on the jumbo tron lol. They had free bloody marys which I got into and was warned by a security guard to "calm down it's the NIT" lmao. I don't know how I feel about Hop leaving. He wasn't good during Jimmy's suspension at all and I became nervous about his ability to lead the team. He is the polar opposite of Jimmy and did a lot of smoothing over Jimmy's penchant for having whipping boys. I wonder who will take on that role now. I'm nervous about Jimmy staying. It seems HE has been checked out for a while now and at 73 I have to wonder how much gas he has left in the tank and how well he can connect with this generation of players. Lydon is an idiot. How many times do kids need to see someone from SU jump early and fail. What in the world makes him think this is the move? His team wasn't good this year with him as one of the leaders and he would disappear during games. He should have used SU for the education and hoped to become a Kaminsky type player that ends up being a lottery pick. As it is now I don't see him making it in the NBA. Signing with an agent is dumb. Removing even the option to return if he calms down or realizes everything I just typed. I think we are headed for some dark days unfortunately. If they can pry Bielein away I will be very happy as I think he is an uderrated coach. That is about the best they can hope for. Who are even the hot names in the college ranks right now? None of the big guys are coming so we will be pinning hopes on a Shaka Smart type hire most likely. Who steps up next year? It will be Battle and Thompson's team if they stay. I like that combo but the rest of the team really needs to be built up. I hope they do but I can see Battle going. Thompson I think will stay as he needs to grow physically still to compete in the NBA. Lydon is making a terrible decision...

Boyst I know there has been an influx of this lately and I appreciate you standing up for the integrity of the board, but I (and I think) many others enjoy the in depth stuff from Cover1. He usually does discuss his links and involves himself in the thread.

I hear you. I'm just leery of these guys. College is exactly the place where players can get by on athletic talent alone there should be production there if they are that good of a player. Howard has all the measurables and might have a great attitude but I just don't know about spending a top 10 pick on someone who didn't produce in college and then hoping they produce against better competition. I can't think of guys that were athletic freaks and had little production in college that then became great pros. I'm open to having my mind changed though if people have examples. It happens in basketball but I don't know of it happening in the NFL. For me top 10 needs production and measurables to be in line. If Peppers was a top 10 pick I would have liked to see a Charles Woodson type college career. If Howard was as dominant as he is touted I would think Saban would have made Kiffin use him. Especially with the shoddy QB play they had. Obi I am less against as he is talked about as a 2nd rounder. That is where I would take guys with measureables and HOPE I can get production out of them. Peppers at 10 and I'd be bummed, Peppers at 41 and I'll hope he turns into something and see why they grabbed him. Does any of that make sense lol
-
I remember when they came back from commercial they brought it up. I think of this exact play every time someone posts about WR running wide open and TT not hitting them. Every QB in the league has it happen. Disclaimer: no I am not saying TT is Rodgers lol. That was my recollection as well. It wasn't a fantastic strip but he did enough to cause Gillmore to drop it. Like they say that's why hes a DB and not a WR.
-
I'm with you. if you are that special of an athlete, production should follow. it's why I'm weary of of Howard, obi, and peppers from this class.

OT Andre Smith visiting Bills

o-line choices are not inspiring. Smith is a no for me as would have been Vlad. I get not overpaying but I don't like dumpster diving for olinemen -
Patriots Complete Trade for Brandin Cooks
section122 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like cooks as a player he is explosive. I like a lot of the moves the pats made. however... cooks doesn't seem like a very good fit for the pats*. he's a deep threat and Brady's deep ball isn't what it used to be. I also agree with alpha. they were already winning the east. they're all in for the last few years of Brady. I hope it all blows up in their faces (but I know it'll work out bc that's just the pats*) -

I finally saw the video. he shouldn't have hit her I'll grant that. however she laid her hands on him first. there were a lot of mistakes made by both parties but I didn't think the video was as bad as I thought it would be before I saw it. also he was 17 at the time. -
Are these all going to be stolen from Reddit too?

At first I was annoyed but I kind of apply the crayonz rule. If you are gonna do it at least have it be your own thread. Therefore well done You even got eball to bite! I get the new guys falling but c'mon e you're better than that!
