I'd bet a lot that he's been promised more (Irsay's comment even indicate this).. they just can't make him HC without conducting the sham process. Irsay acts like a fan. He wants change whenever things don't go the way he thinks they should regardless if change would actually make the situation better.

ok.. they've played this for years now and didn't have the injuries. We've had Defensive line and Offensive line getting line and neither of them are making tackles in the running game so what's getting them hurt?

This seems to be the problem and something I worried about with Dorsey. They're both guys that want to hit the big play over and over. They got rolling with big plays and they seem to be trying to hit it at least once every 2-3 downs. Since they've ignored the run game.. and Josh's passes on short throws tend to be 'off' forcing the catcher to take time to catch them.. that's not an effective replacement for the running game. In addition, Allen seems to not be throwing with touch and gunning passes. It feels like he's trying way, way too hard.

McDermott has to start being questioned. Too many of these performances. Offensive line is still an issue. Defensive line has disappeared for a bit now.

Can't stop the juggernaut Jets offense without Breece Hall.. whew boy.

that he implies that Becton is Dawkins equivalent truly shows he's an idiot. It also ignores that the Jets made dumb decision after decision to get themselves in that spot. Relying on Becton after he repeatedly failed to adhere to his rehab program and failed to follow his diet and couldn't get to a reasonable weight then being surprised when he has knee issues at that size is a bad decision by a GM. Then double down on it by having ZERO backup plan forcing you to sign an aging, injured guy for 10 million is again.. a bad decision by the GM. Regardless, the jets have been saved by the miracle that Breece Hall has been. They would have 2 wins without him regardless of their offense line. If you rely on a 'smallish' back to be 100% of your offense then are surprised when he gets hurt... well, again.. a bad decision by the GM. The Bills defense has been hit hard on d-line and secondary, but are still at the top of the league. It's almost like they knew injuries are a thing. Thad Hall: Teams that make bad decisions are bad!
