yeah, that's a pretty great roster on paper that also has experience playing together, particularly the OL. Diggs is a question mark given his fall off this year, but I think the ??? WR will either be a round 1 pick, or a FA like Pittman. I think the other S will be a FA or a rookie pick. (I think we get a FA WR or S starter, and go rookie with the other position). I think we go DL later in the draft, particularly at interior DL. I think the WRs coming out there year we won't be expecting "too much" from them. Rice (KC) and the guy Green Bay drafted both had great seasons this year. We need to hit on guys like that.

Agreed. But I think Poyer is back to prevent too much turnover, Hyde is gone because he is a FA and replaced with a high 1-2nd round draft pick. Morse is a tough one. I think he is back because of how well this OL did. One more run for him, draft a C at some point. Diggs I'd trade for a 2nd if we can to offload his cap, sign Evans (not Davis), and draft 2 WRs.

this, plus new HC. I'd try to offload Miller and would not sign Davis. Davis seems like he will be only slightly less to sign than a guy like Pittman or Evans according to Sporttrack. Could we trade Diggs for a 2nd? He's been MIA all year.

A while ago, the Ravens needed to fix their WR group. They did that. The Bills needed to fix its WR group, it failed.

I'm thinking draft for WR (too expensive in FA due to our cap issue, thanks Miller and Diggs); perhaps a safety in FA, but there are some in the draft. DL hopefully we retain Jones (DT), I'd like Lawson depending on price.

draft appears to have some appealing safeties. Draft WR rd. 1, then safety rd. 2, then WR, OL, DL, etc. Would love to add him, however.
