    We never lost power (I'm in the West End) although I did hear the loudest clap of thunder I've ever heard in my life (no joke)...I thought the walls were coming down! Pretty wicked lightening storm, too. Unfortunately, I'm heading out of town today for a funeral.

    Try stepping foot inside a 'Ukrops' grocery store here in Richmond. At any given time, on any given day (other that Sunday since they're closed...and we're watching football, anyway) you'll find at least one or two hotties...usually a gaggle. Everything from college girls to MILFs.

    It is currently 88 degrees here in sunny Richmond, VA @ 10:15am. The projected high today is 100 degrees with heat indices of 110 to 115! Hazy, H-O-T, and humid as usual. Just another lovely VA summer.

    OR...you could switch to DirecTV and eliminate the Time Warner headache from your life forever. DTV is always running great deals and the value is waaaaaaaay better than cable (no offense, Cablelady ). Plus it's the only place you can get the 'NFL Sunday Ticket'. PM Fezmid if you need help. He is the resident DirecTV expert/shill around here.

    That may be so but at least the Sabres will have options for a change rather than having to settle for their typical 'Pierre Le Nobody'. It should be exciting to see what transpires in the next few weeks/months.

    Only a year from turning 30, Taylor is three years older than Henry with a well documented history of injuries that will probably hasten his retirement. He's as fragile as glass and can't be counted on to play for anywhere near 16 games. The Jagoffs dropped the ball on this one, IMHO.

    There used to be a restaurant in North Myrtle beach called 'Wild Wing Cafe'. I don't believe it's around anymore but they had good Buffalo wings and many TVs to watch sporting events. I watched a Bills/Iggles game there...the Bills won in a shutout. Maybe that's why the wings tasted so good?
