  1. Did you see the video of McDermott's post-game locker room speech? Pegula was standing behind him grinning like the Cheshire Cat. Firing the HC is not in his plans at all, IMO. If anything, by beating KC, McD probably moved closer to 'made man' in Pegula's mind. Those of us who don't particularly like him are likely stuck with him for better or worse.
  2. Tasker & Brown said today that Reid and Toney both admitted that Toney never checked with the officials to make sure that he was not offside. Reid acknowledged that Toney was lined up offside but only "by inches" which is false. The blue line on TV is actually beyond the line of scrimmage and Toney's toes were on that line in the visual. He was blatantly offside. Reid's admission was akin to a "yeah but..." half-arsed apology, IMO. He and Kermit have gotten borderline calls in their favor for years, including in the Super Bowl. That offside was not a subjective call, it was a letter of the law infraction and they have been enforcing it more this year. Just sour grapes by these asshats and a no class handling of the situation on their part.
  3. I worked in a record store in the late '80s. We used to get free merch during 'album pulls' at the end of every month when the store was done using the promo materials. I grabbed this album solely for the name of the band and still have it today. 😂
  4. When did the curse begin? 🤔 For me, personally, it started back in 1963 when my parents failed to use a condom...
  5. This cat is delusional. He's spitting into the wind with this LAMP 'moral victory' thread and calling out people who have an issue with McDermott as 'entitled'.
  6. Yeah, you are. Starting a thread titled, 'Bills took the best team in the NFL to OT…' is the very definition of taking a moral victory. Spin it any way you like.
  7. Oh, goody...a 'moral victory' thread! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
  8. It would have to be to an organization who shares his apparent disdain for analytics and 'punt first' mentality. BTW, it's not likely the Rooney family would ever part ways with him unless he inexplicably embarrassed them publicly. Canada was the first coach of any kind that they have let go in-season since...1941. Right, wrong, or indifferent, it's just not their m.o.
  9. The Stillers had to fire Canada. He was only returning about 73% of the offense that his U.S. counterparts are...
  10. Watch it again. He got both hands on the ball and was nowhere close to being in an all out dive. Starting NFL WRs not named Gabe Davis make that catch
  11. Agreed. It hit MVS right in his mitts of stone. That drop is squarely on the mediocre-at-best WR and the front office who thought he was somehow worth a damn.
  12. So will Jackson Mahomes be posting on 'X' soon?: "Man 15 Gotta get up outta there 😫😭"
  13. Taylor: "If it makes you feel any better, I got a 'Brazilian' today." Travis: "So did I."
  14. So does every talking head tomorrow start telling everybody who will listen that "the Chiefs make Mahomes do too much"? 😇
  15. Taylor: "Did you win, honey?" Travis: "No way, Tay-Tay." <click>
  16. No Chefs miracle tonight.
  17. 4th and 25...time for some KC ref 'magic'.
  18. They did call it.
  19. Holy cow...stone-hands MVS had the game won.
  20. Mahomes should be a professional poker player because that was a hell of a flop.
  21. He needed that wax...
  22. Here come the gifts from the damn refs...
  23. Playing not to lose rather than playing to win. Brilliant, Philly.
  24. No, but thanks for asking.
  25. My aunt in Jamestown texted me that it was set for 4:00 PM today.
