  1. We all love Josh but let’s be honest, whether Dorsey or not, he regressed this year. I know the stats are still there and he had to play hero ball with horrible line but second half of year he just didn’t seem to be seeing the field and/or forcing things too much.
  2. I’m a middle aged dude with a wife and kids living 2000 miles from my home of WNY and have done so for many years, but there is and will always be in my lifetime something really special about being a Bills fan. I know it’s a silly game played by millionaires just wearing a uniform but how it brings us together on this board, our family and friends together on Sundays and usually transcends politics and crap is something remarkable. This Year definitely took some years off my life but what can you do Crazy story and not sure why I’m writing it here as I am still struggling with it but when I left college and before joining the military, I did a year in a program called Jesuit Volunteer Corps (great experience). I was sent to work in Mobile Alabama in a Housing project running after school programs. There I befriended a family that I worked with a stayed in touch the best I could with them through the years, moves with military, kids, etc. The day before the Miami game, I got the horrible news that one of kids in that family was shot and killed outside of a gas station following a n argument with a 19 year old punk. In any event I had already got tixs and plane flights for BMore game and was taking my two kids. Long story short ( way too long sorry) I flew and dropped kids off with cousin in MD then had to fly to mobile Al for funeral service where the family wanted me to say some words. It was a whirlwind weekend but one of biggest things that will stick with me forever is when I went into that Baptist church to find an open casket and in the casket with the kid I knew, just a poor kid from Mobile AL, was a Buffalo Bills Jersey. I lost it when I saw it. It’s is silly how serious we take it all, myself included, but this distraction called football and all the crap that goes along with, is in some strange way (possibly unhealthy too sometimes) very meaningful Go Bills.
  3. https://www.on3.com/news/former-alabama-nfl-linebacker-reuben-foster-signing-with-usfls-pittsburgh-maulers-in-comeback-bid/?utm_source=social&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=sec_country&fbclid=IwAR0tJrSetJdlbvdrZOaBho7dFinicmSDZ88pjUncr4OU2g9ao_D7vvjhR9M i hope we resign Edmonds but if not we are going to need to crush draft and get lucky. Maybe? We seem to be in such a bad spot this off season. I guess we will see how he pans in USFL but dude was such a stud at one point and hopefully regained the hunger.
  4. At a crossroads roster, draft, and cap wise. Listening to radio and hearing about other teams out there stockpile draft picks and money makes me very nervous over next few years. If we can resign Edmonds, shore up line some and strike a legit 2 WR we have a shot but if we take a step back, I don’t think we can recover for 2-3 years. Next year schedule looks awful too. Go Bills.
  5. It is so annoying and pretentious to see topics on a fans message board site that are only created so someone can get on their soapbox and lecture other fans about being too passionate. I get that we want a variety of opinions and perspective but just put it in the comments and step off the soapbox and spare us the lecture of how calm and collected you are after we crapped the bed yesterday. Go Bills.
  6. 50-50. Since the second half of Green Bay game, it seems like Bills have skated along a dangerous line all year. Bad turnovers, letting teams hang around, mid-game funks, etc. Something has been off. Still, they can turn it around and win this but I’m not sure. Let’s Go Buffalo!
  7. Nobody can really not respect his career but the unretirement move will tarnish some, albeit minor, his reputation and legend. I kinda remember his dad saying that given the type of person he is, his career will end badly as he will never want to leave the field. He looked bad last night but that could also be how bad his s WRs are. Go Bills.
  8. A lot of things can be true at once. W/o Josh there is a very little chance we are in the playoffs, our o line is a liability and Josh needs to do better protecting the ball.
  9. Unfortunately I think this game more than any game is where we are going to miss Von. You get pressure on Burrow and he looks average.
  10. Put the tin foil up but agree with first part. Go Bills.
  11. Bengals can be taken. Don’t think we match up as well but we play smart, we can do this. Go Bills.
  12. Definitely not pretty and mental errors like we made this week will send us home next week but nice to live to fight another day. Was glad Bease and Davis seemed to play well. That INT was just a great D play. Hopefully this is a nice smack in the face for everyone. Emotionally with everything that has gone on this season, the Damar game last week and being favored by so much, really showed in my opinion after 1qtr. The team of destiny crap may have led to some sugar J moments. This game was a smack in the face that may, hopefully be a good thing. Although an amazing moment, I think 51-3 led to loss of focus the next week and 25 results. Who knows. Go Bills.
  13. So relieved and thrilled for this kid that he gets another shot. Out of curiosity though, I wonder if they saved that piece of paper he wrote on? Be something great to go in a stadium, museum or just for family to keep.
  14. Still a long way to go but so relieved. Time to get focused and go win the whole damn thing. We probably don’t have the talent but man would it make for one hell of a story. Go Bills. Go Damar #3.
  15. Not that it matters in the least as everything is so uncertain and focus is rightfully so on #3 but it might depend on prognosis of Damar. With that being said if we lose next week and out after one game in playoffs, I wouldn’t be upset or disappointed. These dudes are freak athletes but at the end of the day still humans. They have certainly been through the wringer this year. Go Bills. Go Damar.
  16. I would rather go to the victory parade. Would have to travel far for both but being at Super Bowl would lead to cardiac event. Went to 13 secs and was great experience but would be too nervous for live Super Bowl. Honestly if Bills do make I might watch it just with myself and immediate family.
  17. I kinda hope Burrow signs a non team friendly deal that eats up all the cap or with an NFC team.
