    The ones I saw being launched up close....I was astounded that they didn't instantly burst into flames. They were teetering back and forth, and the flames were clearly touching the "fabric." I just assumed that they were made of some type of flame retardant material. Edit...wait, what? What is first language? How many languages to you speak?

    Ended up going to SEA. Pretty good food, but the service was pretty sloppy. Never got an appetizer I ordered, but the pho was pretty solid. Mom definitely enjoyed the food. Thanks for the suggestions!

    Yumm. Number 1 Chinese Restaurant! Thank you. Saw those on Yelp and was leaning toward Sea based on the reviews. I'm a little leery of anything on Lyell, but sometimes the best places are in the crappiest parts of town. Anyone with first-hand knowledge of any or these places, or know of any other "hidden gems?" Calling Jauronimo!!

    The northern transplants were too easy. I ended up marrying one, after all. I liked going after the real southern girls. They were different than northern girls. Loved it. One of the first girls I dated down there was this wild redhead from the sticks of Kannapolis. We had some fun times.
