  1. Honestly might be the best thing to not be undefeated as to not build pressure as the season goes on
  2. I get what you are saying, they are driving right down on this drive but I also think you don’t want to leave points on the table either esp when you are up.
  3. I would have preferred Parham over Bernard but at least Bernard has looked good when he plays and they might need him down the road.
  4. I would agree most of the time but KC is not playing well on offense and you are away take the three possession lead and keep your momentum going.
  5. Three possession lead in Q2 is a great start for the Raiders.
  6. Jacobs looking like the back he was drafted to be this game. Raiders taking it to KC early.
  7. I believed in Moss for as long as I could but outside of great blocking skills and passable receiving skills he brings nothing to the table.
  8. Cam Heyward is a stud
  9. At least the drive ate up a lot of time. Still would have been nice to just put the game away and see some garbage time Keenum. A stop on this drive and a couple of first downs on the next drive should ice this game out.
  10. The Steelers are amazing at developing WR's since the late 90's. They have had Hines Ward, Plaxico Burrus, Mike Wallace, Santonio Holmes, Emmanuel Sanders, Antonio Brown and Ju Ju Smith Shuster all producing at a high level (I think all but Sanders had at least one 1,000 yard season with the Steelers many having multiple 1,000 yard seasons). They are also pretty solid at developing tight ends Heath Miller was a stud and Pat Freiermuth has a lot of potential. They also have a pretty good history of RB's Jerome Bettis, Willie Parker and Lev Bell were all studs and they recently are trying to get Harris going (although I think Harris is fairly pedestrian). So Pickett will have a good complement of skill position players it is more so can they build up that O-line while keeping a solid defense together during Pickett's rookie deal?
  11. I stand corrected, on the replay it looked like a bad call. I thought on the live angle there was a bit more grabbing.
  12. I think he has a lot of good traits but a lot is going to depend on if the Steelers can develop the O-line around him and get him some confidence.
  13. Seemed like a decent call maybe ticky tack but that gets called in the league now.
  14. Shakir looked lost when pushed into action in the Titans game when Davis was hurt. But he has settled down and has shown he can be a factor in the passing attack.
  15. It is windy and there was at least two drops, I think Josh is doing just fine.
  16. Not much to complain about in the first half. The best sign (among many good ones) is how good Davis has looked. He looked like the player we all know and expect him to be!
  17. What a turd of a game
  18. To be fair the Lions had a lot of garbage time scores…
  19. I thought Hamlin was solid but it is hard to tell how good a player plays in coverage on many plays because of camera angles. That being said a C+ in all 22 is a fairly average game so that grade being in the bottom 5 mainly speaks to how very few players had subpar games.
  20. Wasn’t even that close Singletary had the ball move a bit and then gathered it close to himself.
  21. If the Bills can weather the injury storm the trade deadline priority should be Oline help. You are in win now mode go for some help in what might be your weakest unit.
  22. The Bills O-line is a far bigger issue than the running back. Moss should be benched but I think if given better blocking esp at the guard positions then Cook and Singletary are solid NFL backs. Both can catch the ball and are solid runners in my opinion. But if the O-line isn't addressed then the Bills can have Barkley back there and it won't make a huge difference. If the Bills are going to be in the market for a trade it is likely going to be for some help on a banged up defense or at the guard position.
  23. I think the roughing call was a bit soft at worst and borderline at best. It is a call refs make in the game so it isn't like it was a complete gift but the Bills got the benefit of a borderline call. The Bills got bad luck with calls last week and got a good call this week. It tends to even out
  24. The injury bug continues to hit this team. Poyer looked to be shaken up and Crowder and Mac left the game. Hoping Poyer is OK and Mac likely with a concussion can clear protocol. Not sure what Crowder's injury is but I think he might miss sometime. At least no other players had any significant injuries.
  25. Huge win, the Bills did get a little help from the refs but after the lack of calls last week things tend to even out. This looked like it was going to be an ugly 3-4 possession loss and the defense really is majorly responsible for the win but the offense had a great end to the first half and came out swinging to get the game tied and even despite some stalling in the 4th quarter they got the clutch drive.
