I'm 6'2" 225 He's not 240. Years and years of wrestling I can size dudes up 😚😚☺️☺️
-
It's 15 lbs bigger.
-
When you can't catch or run a full route tree there is; he needs to be schemed for success. We need to use his speed and elusiveness to make wins in coverage. We don't. New here?
-
At 6'4" 240 combined with his frame, that's not very thick. Sam laporta is 6'3 245 and looks a whole lot bigger 240 at his size is tiny.
-
Of course and to just poop it out right at 8pm across the board is really dumb. Just the same, it'd be pretty dumb to make it an unveiling show going week by week as they unveil it to generate engagement But still that'd be really cool to have that the case. They start and go week by week with interesting matchups and how it will play out for each team at the weeks go by.

6'4 240 my ass he's 220 at best. Will never like this pick. A TE needs to be big enough to absorb the hits so he can play 4-5 years before being spent. He's a luxury #2 TE because he can't block.

Ranking The Last 25 Years of Week 1 Opening Games
boyst replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall
the week 1 loss to the jets in 2002 must be higher. if we won that and rolls were reversed it'd be damn near number 1. the hype before it was insane, it just happens we lost with two kickoff return for TD's. i was there. the returned KO TD was absolutely insane. The crowd went from wild to dead in 5 seconds. -
It'll go out west. San Fran, Hollywood, Seattle pier.

What's the exchange rate on the Heisman vs Hec Crighton? Is it more than Canadian dollar vs freedom dollar?

2009 I think. It was October. I had to cut a late season hay harvest to ensure winter stocks. It was not pleasing but not cold, Carolina Fall chilly probably best describes it. It was an unremarkable fall day and uncomfortable to be on the tractor with fall temps, dry breeze and it was a Sunday that I was taking the windrows. I listened to the Bills-Browns 6-3 game. That day was so dull I can barely remember it but I remember that I still enjoyed the technology to have noise cancelling headphones and a radio (Sirius Stiletto) to listen to the game.

The Battle for Jobs at Safety and Corner.

I need to be as constructive as possible because I'm sure he is reading this board and vested in my opinion. Jeesh, you're obtuse man. He can get up to speed. He lacks the speed now. -

We are fans. Not GM's, scouts, professional, hell we aren't even amateur. I'm not shredding someone for stating what I believe to be a skill he is lacking to be developed. Why is constructive criticism so bad these days? Is it the whole participation trophy generation thing? -

Your opinion says this. My opinion says he is unlimited athlete limited by his mental game. The biggest aspect of sports and on a professional tier is having the ability to process the speed at a professional level. He's not there yet. -

There's track speed, linear speed, and athletic speed. Only a few NFL players possess track speed, and then the remainder generally have only one of linear speed or athletic speed. For as fast as he is supposed to be he lacks the ability to play with it. -

He has speed, I guess I don't see the 4.5 speed when it comes to making the play. Maybe it's almost leodis mckelvin meets Aaron Williams. Williams always played safety like a corner, though. Maybe more Williams than I thought when I began this sentence. Williams often played too tight on his hits and spins to maintain speed, but also flipped his hips a little too quickly in coversge which was a reason he struggled at corner. I'd have to take a guess at my memory to believe he flipped them prematurely because of his overall stiffness despite being plenty fast enough (I googled 4.55 40). Bishop maybe fast in a straight linear line but I don't know that he makes a fast enough movement with his body and agility to my comfort. Once he does zero in, though, he is quick to get there and a force. Tl,Dr: he doesn't have fluid speed. I definitely think he needs slack. I would like to see him used as a weapon across the field, as a big nickel or dime. I see, as mentioned above, a stutter in his motion. Subtle, likely mental, but it's there. The lead you speak of may be that initial burst, the drop step kickoff, that makes him run like a freight train. I'm spoiled by watching Hyde who was just cerebral and moved smoothly during the snap so when it did occur his motion was already working for him with his reads and recognition. -

I am interested to see if Bishop makes the sophomore leap all of McDermotts other players make - even Dorian Williams. I hope I'm wrong re: Williams but I think he's got to his ceiling. A serviceable backup, a low grade starter in a 4-3 for WLB. Bishop being a decent athlete with limited speed will be his handicap. His prowess to move to the ball with fierceness and his quick reaction time will need to be improved. He reacts well once he has made the read and hopefully he can learn to diagnose the play earlier, faster, and efficiently to process the next step before he has to make it. This was something Hyde did. He always seemed to be in the right place at the right time to capitalize on a mistake by the offense. This was due to his ability to quickly diagnose and find the defensive weakness. Bishop needs to, also. -

One thing I notice about McDermott is once you earn your starting spot you basically keep it for the entire year. Only a few times do I remember him coming out of camp with positions not firmly in place and lasting all season. Wyatt Teller, was one of them. He replaced Ducasse and started the last handful of games and played well. Then was traded after being a starter. The other few were lineman as well. Spain, Ford, and a few others. But my point remains, I don't think we have seen a lot of movement for starters in any positions to who starts and doesn't without injury being a factor. It'll be interesting if he is trying to switch safeties mid season. It's not his MO. -

If we win the Superbowl this year we cannot hang a banner that says home of the super bowl champs in the new house because we won it in the old one! -

Hey hey now I'm one of those. If it was a 2 yard shuttle pass to the running back as soon as I took the snap in the shotgun...i could do it as long as the sun wasn't in my eyes. In all seriousness though, I remember that game. They did dumb down the playbook but didn't run easy plays for him or even set up the plays for a chance. The defense plays read and react passive coverage and just limited options. It was a tragedy. -

use this You can take aluminum flashign and wrap it around the lower base of the trunk. Squirrels can jump several feet, so if the tree is big enough you need it to start about 3-4' from the bottom and run it over 4' up. otherwise they take a running start up the tree and jump the flashing. If this does not work and it is a smaller tree it might be difficult due to the squirrels being able to jump to the tree from the ground. It is a temporary and very untrustworthy but a bird net can work during peak season but they will chew through it in a week. if the tree is big enough and not too close to the ground you can make a ring for the tree and a cone protector. Ideally you can do this inverse and i've seen more than one style but can't find any pictures.
