Celebrity worship in our country is insane. These two are among the most vapid self indulged drecks of society.

anyone listen to WGR this morning? listening to the morning show they are doing a draft of former players who will re-sign with the Bills. ... the first pick they did was Rasul Douglas. just an hour later he was reported he signed with the Fins. lol

i want journalists who report the news they share, who dig for stories and report on events as they are told. Wawrow does this, Tim Graham does this. They're not all negative.

Sal has admitted on air he cannot air or discuss full stories or situations where he knows the Bills brass would not appreciate because of his position working for the Bills. that's not a reporter. that's a propagandist.

Samuel would be about the only one I'd consider and that would probably be a 4th at best. it gives us room on the roster but then signing a decent depth replacement wouldn't be cheap either - thoiugh Gabe Davis would be cheap maybe.... @zow2 we trade Shavers to the Steelers and sign Davis to the roster for the most epic possible situation.

The Steelers keep being mentioned as a team desperate for WR help and are said to be waiting on anyones cuts. If I am big baller Beane i trade a WR for a 6th to them then flip that 6th to get someone elses potential DB cut.

but the media won't have any of it. they can make all of these great articles about how the Bills and Cowboys have talked. Yahoo sports is really leading with it. I am sure about every GM reached out to Dallas and in typical Dallas fashion they just hang up on the request after saying they want 42 first round picks. the media loves this, Dallas loves this. whatever you think about anything, you can't hate the media and Dallas enough.

There was conflicting reports. I had heard we made an offer to pretty much every pending FA at the end of the season, including Douglas. I'd estimate it was a very low offer if true. Others have said he was one of the only FA's not offered. I'm wondering which it was.
