We needed a Perrine type RB or that fatass in Baltimore to pickup short yardage, but we also needed a RB who could get to the flats, run the wheels, and could get the short yardage pickups. Our RB's didn't do that last year. Maybe the OL sucked. Maybe Josh never chose them. Maybe the OC didn't let that be an option. the place you went was a livenation event. do you know how to upgrade your seats for dirt cheap? if not, just got buy cheap ass seats then the day of the event about 10 hours before go to the livenation app. it has a section to upgrade seats for $20. sometimes a little more. you can upgrade any seat to be in the pit, or way up close for just that little amount. for the charlotte amphitheater i will go get my upgrade before i even buy tickets. for the pixies and weezer i bought the upgrade to the pit for $20. then bought field seats on stubhub for $12 about an hour before the concert. text me if you want me to give you anymore info - it's a little tricky to find it on the app.

A couple other things I thought about today talking about home buying with our friends over at the pool Get an arborist to come assess the trees on your property if there is ANY chance they could fall on your house or destroy anything. You're liable if you neglect dead or diseased trees. The arborists give free estimates. Ask them for a detailed report of the trees including tree health if nothing else than for a record. Your crawl space, if you have one needs a vapor barrier. It's a must. And cheap. Start setting aside $200+ a month if possible to fix things that you'll need to fix. If you can only do a lesser amount - do it. The fridge will go out a week after the disposal goes out but right before some siding blows off in a windstorm. I have been watching their set list. While I always go to see the band play the songs I know from them I always put a lot of value in them performing covers. In Canada the other night they did one of their only few covers (Radiohead's creep) which are sometimes awesome.
