  1. 100% agree. who knows if something didn't happen or did. but the nfl will act because of the current culture we are in.
  2. in a league that has tyreek hill, dashawn watson, and more playing - i don't see a reason why miller won't be given a pass.
  3. yeah, i don't buy this wasn't set up or something beforehand. hill and this kid have a history and the kid used to post all over social media clout chasing about he and Hill were buddies. he then used that to get ahold of other nfl guys to take their picture and make hype videos akin to any other kid on youtube. i would bet there is a lot more to this story than being reported and i know that the "nfl" does not pay much attention to this but they have a whole department who monitors the credentials of photographers, etc. his behavior might have also been a bit too much - as i have seen in his earlier posting where he interacts with players during games and does not maintain a professional demeanor. tl,dr: i think there is a lot more to this than whats shown. kids a known douche clout chaser.
  4. were they over 18? the kids who killed one of my heifers are under 18 and will not face felony animal cruelty because they're 17. they'll get nothing. prosecutors avoid a lot of charges against some folks because it causes disparity amongst crime rates. no joke.
  5. So we could likely avoid the cap hit and avoid paying some money if this happens.
  6. https://www.espn.com/blog/boston/new-england-patriots/post/_/id/4744681/revisiting-details-of-hernandez-contract
  7. Anyone remember the situation for Hernandez in New England*? He was under contract, right?
  8. The NFL will pretend it never happened as soon as they can. Either letting the bills cut him and erase him or let the story fade and never suspend him. He is a "superstar"
  9. If you're happy being 3rd place then I am jealous.
  10. has anyone got a quote from Joe Mixon on the subject yet? just wondering....
  11. agreed. have familiarity with this unfortunately. one of my sisters best friends growing up was married to an abuser who would throw her around by her neck and hair. he ultimately choked her out and killed her. rolled her up in a carpet and fled to canada (he had duel citizenship) - and the cannucks would not send him back unless the us agreed not to prosecute it as a death penalty case or beyond a certain level. he got a dozen years in prison for it. everyone tried to get her to leave him, everyone was worried. no one could stop her.
  12. the hands around the neck allegation is the kicker that intensifies this. interesting indeed. this thread not having any Jauronimo snark is disappointing.
  13. he is likely organizing his surrender to police to mitigate his exposure, time spent incarcerated, etc. more than likely the terms will have to be he can continue to work and travel freely, won't spend a minute in jail but pay a very high bail. just another case of the haves and have nots.
  14. she could easily say they came from someone else or refuse to testify. women do this all the time in domestic issues, sadly. it's not for money - it's fear, conditioning, or other such things that make it a tragedy. a non cooperative witness makes a case unable to prosecute. there have there have been cases where the accuser is paid and a settlement reached - literally a time where they sent the witness on a vacation when the court dates came up.
  15. the nfl will do all it can to avoid a ray rice issue - so if they can do this and completely wipe him from the nfl going forward - including removing him from the payroll - i think they want that. the nflpa is going to be up against itself in figuring out their end of this
  16. fairly accurate. but i actually hope he is innocent and this is just some nonsense drama and it will get sorted out quickly. my personal feelings of a guy i know nothing of first person personally is about as deep as a north carolina blizzard.
  17. ?? Weird statement that's not accurate It's not the ham that is of suspicion. It's the bread. Way too much sugar in American bread. 🤮
  18. That's the point. You don't have to or should you buy you simply could. Indictments are easy as hell to get. Convince a GJ or Magistrate that a crime *may* have happened and they'll sign it. Some judges ultimately throw out some bad subpoenas/warrants when it was a fishing expedition to find greater crimes. That happens a lot. But, most judges these days want to be tough on crime and let the system get away with far more than they should.
  19. the interesting thing, as araiza was brought up, is that this is an arrest warrant made immediately after the incident. with araiza it was investigated and no charges filed until it hit the media. it was reinvestigated and still no charges. yet, he was ripped apart to shreds. this has charges already. and in legal speak - you can indict a ham sandwich. it's easy to get an indictment for an arrest, in other words. which is why it's that much more amazing that there was not that capability with Araiza.
  20. you wear socks to bed, you have wonderful hair, and like to be the little spoon
  21. is that why your number is M*** Destini Lexi on my phone? in all honesty, your name is "Ruckasomethingsomething"
  22. Only good things. You always make your bed when you wake up. And floss daily. you're a gracious and kind lover. 12 eastern. They extra point show js 10-12. Then Sabres show. Then OBL at 1
  23. No. They don't. And chicks don't even like Dick pics. No. They don't. And chicks don't even like Dick pics.
  24. i said when he was signed he was too risky. the chickens always come home to roost. we are caught with the rotten eggs.
