I think the pats** should now have an extra asterisk added. I turned off the show. Oh, and he said it while sitting next to a stunned Jerry Rice, who just shook his head.

    Jim Shwartz and Jim Harbaugh may not get along but they are kindred spirits when it comes to blowing a gasket and storming the field. Maybe it could be called the "reach out and touch someone" rule?

    I worked with a guy from Green Bay. He tole me his parents filled out a form in the hospital for him to be put on the Packers season tix waiting list. That was in 1976, as far as I know he is still waiting. I have no idea about the fees he has had to (or not had to) pay though. It looks like that guy in the article was getting a good seat...

    I think Harbaugh and the other Stanford guys on staff at the 49ers had watched Kaepernick for a few years. They knew him and knew he was worth moving up to get. Good for them.

    The Colts should step up and give this guy tix to at least one game. I like that the guy a least tried to get Colts tix... I mean if you ask, the worst they can say is 'no.'

    Back when Pat Summerall and John Madden called games they used to have a little clock that would appear during punts to show the hang time. I liked that feature. I wonder why they did away with it? As I recall, they were the only broadcast team that showed it. Not important? Who cares about hang time?

    I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Dan Dierdorf referred to him as a "future hall of famer" during a broadcast on at least one occasion back in the day. That should be good enough for damn near anyone.
