    Well , he did shine the light on Shady. Mike Gillislee, Ryan Matthews, and DeMarco Murray were all better backs than Shady.

    You don't need to be charged with a crime to be disciplined under the Personal Conduct Policy. If there is evidence that a player violated the policy, then the NFL has authority to act regardless of any legal charge or conviction. Goodell is the Law in Kareem's hunt case because of that videotape.

    Hunt is Barkley level? Also, when is Hunt going to be able to play? Not until 2020 probably?

    The Giants obviously thought they could make a serious run with Manning and Barkley. So much for that idea. The jury is still out on Darnold , Allen, and Rosen. I think there is a good chance that some or all will not be relevant in the NFL in a few seasons. So can't fault the Giants for passing on them.

    Someone is likely going to quickly kick the tires on Benjamin given his past performance in Carolina

    Its not surprising that no team took a chance on claiming him on waivers though I know a number of posters here said someone would . Also, I believe that given the multiple "incidents" that are popping up for Hunt, the NFL is may give him the whole of next season off. So he will not be useful to anyone anytime soon.

    You do realize that Hunt is essentially suspended indefinitely by the NFL since he is on the Commissioner”s Exempt List now? Hunt won’t be signed by anyone this season .

    Not sure if you've seen Carr play in recent time. Why would we want to be saddled with 25 MM per year for average QB play.

    I suspect that will depend primarily whether or not Wentz is a one hit wonder. This season we can say he is still getting back to form after an ACL injury and hence the offensive struggles. I m beginning to think though that Wentz May be overrated just like Carr.

    Am not sure if you work in real life . But when people are awful at what they do , they don’t usually hang around. Who gives a crap about whether or not they did their best . Imagine being a patient and having a doctor or nurse who try like Nate .
