    Also how the OC can't/doesn't scheme him open. How McDermott focuses much of his player acquisition on defense. Relegates lower level talent to the offense.

    Based on the examples above, I could see Dane Jackson being that piece before Elam. Beane and team couldn't/wouldn't trade Elam unless it was for a 1st round pick. Couldn't imagine them admitting to a mistake like that for anything less Is there any cap savings releasing Neal?

    Think he may be silently protesting to get him some "legitimate" help on the opposite side? Diggs wants to win and bring a SB trophy to the city of Buffalo. I'm sure he relives that feeling in KC after every playoff loss. Waiting/hoping for Davis, Kincaid, Shakir to emerge as that guy isn't taking any years off his time in the league. Let's go for it!!
