9/18/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Dolphins Post Game Thread TNF

I mean we still scored 31 and Prater missed a FG too, so should’ve been 34. miami was playing for their season tonight. They are 0-3 and done statistically. Bills were sleepwalking a bit in this game. -

That third down completion was clearly an incomplete pass. He stepped out of bounds while juggling the ball and never regained possession. I mean how do you not challenge that. -

We rest our starters. Meanwhile the Ravens pile on with Lamar scoring 2 times in garbage time. MVP! 🙄 -
9/7/25 Post Game Thread - Bills vs Ravens SNF

We have a serious problem at safety. Both look small and play small. Out of position a lot. I can forgive someone for not tackling Henry one on one in the open field - most defenders are going to lose that battle - but what bothers me most is how out of position or bad reads both safeties took. -

It kind of blows me away. Season opener. Josh Allen. We were only down two scores. How much were those tickets?? So dumb. -

Man I might have been really fooled by Stroud. He looked so good his rookie season and since has been really meh. -

Seems like possible Coleman injury swinging the line in favor of the Ravens? -

Derrick Henry is who I worry about more. McD schemes up Lamar pretty well (though he can kill us too potentially), but it’s stopping Henry that really concerns me. -
This makes it sound like his career is over. He’s just getting started.

There is absolutely nothing better in sports than a cool Sunday morning. Windows open. Sun shining. Fantasy rosters locked in. Couple of parlays made. Knowing I have all the games available to me. I did the bar thing a few years back and it really gets to be too much by week 7 or 8; too much $$ and socially draining. Plus, having kids changes things.

Bills halt contract negotiations with Cook

after taxes/paying agents/etc he probably made $2m. even if he’s somewhat conservative (which he prob won’t be) he’ll be bone dry in ~10yrs with that $. if I was a player in my early 20s I wouldn’t feel comfortable until I netted ~$10m in the bank. $10m in the bank in early 20s and I wouldnt have to work again my entire life. And that’s me who doesn’t rock $100,000 jewelry. So double it for an NFL player. They better net $20m in the bank before they retire. Once you hit a certain lifestyle it’s hard to downgrade. Pride before the fall. That $2m house may be paid off. But taxes are $70k/yr on it. Money flies when no other income coming in. These players have one shot to secure their future. I don’t blame them. -
Ty Johnson is the modern day Fred Jackson

I think this thread would have been better served without the FJ comparison. It loses me and many others. I see very little similarities between TJ and FJ. Discussing TJ and his ability to be our #1 RB is a much better conversation and simpler too. -
Has Cook talked himself OFF the Bills for 2025

i disagree. The only hump we need to get over is the mental hump of not being able to beat the Chiefs in the playoffs. Our lack of success vs the chiefs has zero to do with rosters/physical talent. We would have been in the Super Bowl at least 2x by now if not for the chiefs. We need therapists more than we need additional talent. if some of these players walk, it’s not the end of the world. Benford and Cook are expendable. Our rookie RB had 150 all purpose yds the one game he started. -

So do we trade up for a DT or Edge still? -
Rapp made some plays last year. I like him. Biggest question mark with him will be his size and durability.

https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/trump-approves-3-billion-arms-sale-israel/ As an American, it’s so sad to see my fellow citizens, who are friends and/or neighbors, in the federal government get shitcanned or disrespected, but the wallet is always open to send my dollars and resources to this other country. How more people don’t get outraged at the hypocrisy of it all is beyond my comprehension. The wallet and piggy bank are always open for Israel.
