I honestly think that issue was more Fox than the announcers. Here's an example: watching with an Iggles fan and he noted that they showed the wrong name on the graphic for their place kicker. Granted, their kicker (Alex) and punter (Chas) have the same last name (Henry) but...really? No one did any research on that? Amateurish if you ask me.

I live in Boston as well and hosted 5 Pats* fans to watch the Bills game last weekend. ONE (atypical) guy was knowledgeable of both the Bills & Pats* teams. After Brady threw the 4th pick, another guy actually called for them to "put in Matt Cassel". This is the typical New England sports fan. My fiance knows more about the Pats* than the typical Brady-jersey wearing Pedroia look-alike...and she's a Bills fan!!

I wish I could say I were surprised by the lack of research, but its par for the course for Jamie and Marshall.
