  1. I wonder if this post was designed for E.J. to watch how Kelly did it. I miss those days,
  2. I would say they need both a beast WR AND an clutch TE.
  3. Holy crap, I call B.S. on this one guys. Because of his health? Really ? http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000296499/article/kirk-cousins-will-start-for-redskins-rgiii-to-be-inactive
  4. Pocket Hercules, (MJD) That's all I got.
  5. Bills fans have grown impatient, judging by the number of negative posts. and who could blame us for being impatient?? After 14 yrs of basically the same thing year in and year out this is what happens to a fan base, even as one as loyal as we are. But I agree with you, I'm somewhere in the middle also. But really looking forward to seeing what he does after a pro off season. He will have a chance to watch every game, see what he did wrong and correct it. I think he has the smarts and work ethic to be a much better QB next year. Now if he doesn't improve by the middle of next season then we might have a problem. But its way to early to judge him now .
  6. EJ will be alright. Like some people have said he missed some of camp and even during camp he was sharing reps with Kolb. Then he got hurt so more reps missed. then his WR's started to get hurt. It's clear he is gonna need some more time. but we have seen some good flashes. We know he is tough, already coming back from 2 knee injuries. We know he is calm under pressure , leading us back against Carolina and should have had another vs ATL. Just about everything else will come with time. He will get his first pro offseason and that will help him more than people think. Then next year in camp he will be the guy no matter what happens during these next 3 games so he will get most of the reps. We have to be cool Bills fans because its a learning curve he is going though right now. Maybe Hatchet is hurting his progess a bit with some shady playcalling. The line could be better. He needs a go to WR in the clutch as well. ( A Bolden type, a big beast WR ). This is gonna take time and I think we all knew this coming in.
  7. Comparing Kelly's first year to EJ's is silly. Kelly was throwing to Reed, Bulter, Meetselars , Harmon. Those WR's and TE were way better than the cast EJ has to work with.
  8. Sure did, ATL game was the season and they knew it and blew it. We have a team that is not mental strong enough yet. That I blame the coaching staff for not having them ready to play.
  9. TJ Graham would not start on another NFL squad. He does nothing week in a week out. but they let go of Rodgers in camp , Colts pick him up and all of the sudden he is making plays for the Colts... They let Levitre go and as I have said all year long they should have keep him. Another mistake. I not worried about the D as much as the OL. They need upgrades at LG and RT. And they need an upgrade at WR. Stevie is not a true #1. Woods should be way more involved than he is. But they have one of the best backs in the NFL in Spiller but they still dont find ways to get him the ball enough which is puzzling. Bottom line there is not much turnover needed. Graham, LG, RT and another LB that is good against the run .
  10. I think the Bills should have another QB comp in camp next year because both Thad and Tuel have played better than EJ at times this season. As a matter of fact if Thad can hold on to the ball better he should be given a chance at starting next season if E.J. doesn't play better the rest of the season. But that being said how can you judge EJ when his line cant open holes in the running game and cant pass protect??
  11. This is what its come too Bills Fans. We have a team that can't overcome adversity . They quit yesterday after they got behind. That is what losers do. This is the same team they went toe to toe with NE in the first game , and beat a 9-4 Carolina team at home. Same team, different attitude. Until they find players that want to play hard every week no matter what the record is we will continue to suck. And no I am not numb to it. I'm pissed about it.
  12. Good stuff. One thing that CJ said on the sidelines was telling... "They are playing with a little more energy than we are" I wonder how much energy ATL would have had if the Bills got on them 14-0 at the Ralph. It would have been a whole different game.
  13. We shall see how it plays out but I like the move. It at least gives us some depth at TE. Is it me or does it seem like Chandler is not comfy after he makes the catch?
  14. Even tho T.O. is my fav city in the world I hate the Toronto series. Main reason is it takes a game away from the Ralph. The players don't like it, the fans here in the B-Lo don't like it and it seems the so - called fans in Toronto don't care for it. The only way this could work is to count this game as a road game in the schedule. Otherwise get rid of it.
  15. They find more ways to lose. Another non- winning season. Another game where I said to myself why do I even care so much?? It is hard to be a Bills fan.
  16. crazy to think that Barry and Thurman were on the same team huh. Barry was the best I ever saw play running back. Period.
  17. well said and I agree
  18. To me he did it on purpose. They caught him smiling on NFL.com reply of the game highlights. He clearly broke the rules, his foot was on the field in the way of the returner. He should at least get a heavy fine.
  19. yess shes hot,, hope you wifey looks like her, you have a winner
  20. I live in Buffalo but its a hassle crossing the border. You need a passport or enhanced license to enter Canada now. Maybe that could part of the reason more people don't go. I love T.O. as well and have been plenty of times and if the games not sold out and the weather is good I'll think about going because they should win vs the Falcons indoors.
  21. Depends on if the game is sold out. If the games not sold out it depends on the weather..
  22. To me they should have shut Spiller down when he first got hurt. I kinda blame that on Marrone. But teams watch tape and the Bills are not putting Spiller in the best position in some cases. They need to put Fred and CJ on the field at the same time more often. Against the Jets he had very little room to run. But see this is where the coaching staff is failing CJ. They could pitch the ball to him more or let me catch a quick pass out the backfield. But losing Levitre has hurt the Bills screen game, he was very good at that. Still think they should have resigned him , sometimes keeping OL chemistry is more important than the fact they would have had to overpay to keep him and we would have better line depth.
  23. If this is true that ref in trouble trouble...
  24. Umm yep. Love Marrone for telling Spiller that but I also hope that he told CJ to hit those holes. I noticed he missing holes on the All-22. I played OL in H.S. and College and I have been "urged on" by my running backs plenty of times. But it isn't all the lineman fault.
  25. I got better things too do this weekend. Hate to say it but I will listen but not watch. Tired of seeing them lose all the damn time.
