Good post, reminds me of the 87' Bills, you get a sense that they are improved , damn what the record is. think for sure they are 5-4 and tied with the Jets if EJ gets out of bounds in Cleveland. For sure they are much better coached, this team has plenty of talent. They need a couple of more pieces (OL, LB) and I am confident that Doug Whaley and Russ will get those pieces. At the beginning of the season I thought they would be growing pains and we have seen that. But what I like most about them is that they are a tough team . It's coming , we just have to be a bit more patient Bills fans . I like where they are headed.

I hope EJ saw this vid. Matter of fact I hope Marrone was listening to Polian as well

man I hope EJ has learned to protect himself. But this is great news, If EJ starts I like we beat the Steelers and give us some mojo for the rest of the season.

That's why I don't like my QB's to run the ball. EJ was hurt running, or not running out of bounds.. Thad hurt running read option... They have to learn to protect themselfs

Actually its a pretty good day for Nov 3 in the B-lo. It's cold mid-30's but little wind. It could be worse in Buffalo this time of year.

The thing that helps the most is we are playing this game at home. If this game was in KC no way we have a chance. The 12th man is going to have to help the Bills D. The way that happens is the Bills get an early lead. If they manage to score early we have a chance. KC has not been a strong 2nd half team this year. Plus they haven't beaten a team with a winning record . Odds are they are not going undefeated. Today would be a good day to lose .

didnt the Bills say Tuel was the likely starter before the Pats game?? This might be a smokescreen. I hope Thad can play.

Bills are really playing for their season Sunday. Plus they at home. I think the D with Lawson back plays better. The D will have to score points. Would love to see McLovin or Graham take one to the house or close to it. Only way we win if Spiller and or Freddie have monster games. But I will pick the Bills because I have faith. Bills 17-14.

Think about it if Thad does not play the season is over at 3-6. Maybe that's way they playing Spiller when the really should not. No way either Tuel or Flynn can lead this team to a victory vs a top 5 Defense. I hate every Nov we just about out of it....when will it change???

They should have shut him down . He would have been almost healthy now if they did. I blame Marrone for this. No way he should have been playing with a high ankle sprain. Coach lost points on this one. They might as well hold him out until he is healthy.

Thad put the ball on turf to much. The Bills had a chance vs the Saints if he doesn't fumble, but he did take some massive hits, the O-line had a bad game. I bet Marrone had some words for the O-line this week.

It has to happen sooner or later. He can't play forever. Happened to Kelly, Mario, Farve, Montana. Just to name a few. Age and the beatings take their toll on players. If I where Tom , maybe one year. He has nothing to prove to anybody and has a Supermodel as a wifey. I repeat he has a supermodel wife. Heck, I would have retired and 2 years ago after Moss left and served as stud to my wife. Seriously, why get beat up every week, beat that pu$$y and be happy with life.

Sorry E.J. got hurt. And to those who say he can only learn by playing ..... that's true here's some things to consider. He can still see the speed of the game. Maybe this will cause him to play faster. Seeing what what Lewis has missed on his reads. There are some plays Woods is wide open. Hopefully EJ will take advantage of when he returns because I think that is the combo the Bills will need the most. Seeing Lewis take those massive hits . I hope EJ has learned that self protection is just as important as completing passes. Even tho he is not playing now I think he will be better once he gets back.

Well C.J. is out but so is Jimmy Graham. So that hurts both teams big time. Drew Brees is one of my fav QB's to watch. But he does throw INT's at times. But if he gets hott, we in trouble. Key to game, turnovers by Saints, stopping the Saints on the ground. Really wanna see Special teams score either from McLovin or Goodwin. If we can get another pick 6 and a ST touchdown the game will be close. But I don't see how the Bills can stop Brees . Hope I'm wrong.

Win this week, next week, the following week and the week after that. 7-4 would get people talking about our playoff chances.

6) Kyle Williams recovered the fumble, but he was not all that impressive. I am thinking that the Bills gave up a bit too much up the middle. I don't know what his story is. I like Kyle , I don't think he is fully healthy. His main job is to clog it up and let Kiko free. Same with Dareus. I think they both get blocked at times with double teams. So him won't show up with big stats but he does what they ask him to do plus he got that fumble. So he not the problem but they could use an upgrade made in the next 2 yrs in the draft.

Fred is da man. How can you not like this dude. Him and Spiller are tough guys. Freddie's heart leads by example.
