^^^ As someone said, it is tough to compare 90s numbers to present. NFL football is way more popular, capacity is smaller, and the Bills have regionalized a great deal since then.

I hated how the last half of Season 1 went, and hated the end. I did like the first half though and I wanted to give Season 2 a chance. So far through 3 episodes I like it a lot. Better than season 1 in every way IMO.

Im not 'done', however I am in a place where I look forward to the season and experience highs when they win. When they lose, I am not affected by it, disappointed, angry, etc... Its a good place. I am in the school of thought that thinks this will only change with new ownership/upper management.... However I am careful what I wish for because that new ownership could also mean that there would be no more Buffalo Bills.

I would say Andy Reid wont be an Eagle any later than a week into 2013

people just say that out of frustration. No real fan actually means it. On one hand it is good that there is "light at the end of the tunnel" and the team will have a new owner who probably will not be complacent with a losing organization. On the other, we have the uncertainty over our heads that the local ownership isnt out there nor welcomed by the NFL and we could be S.O.L. I know if I had certainty right now the team was staying, the losses would be much easier to accept. I think others feel that way too. If they left town, I would be done with NFL football. I would still watch the college game as I generally enjoy that product more. I think UB would also see a huge influx of fans and that could hopefully get interesting. If I had to pick an NFL team, I would naturally choose Cleveland. I would most likely root strongly against the team that was formerly the Buffalo Bills.

I would. Technically we are doing that every year anyways. We usually are no-shows for the late season games (and preseason) and those tickets are impossible to get to go, let alone pay for. I am assuming the team would be better so we would probably desire to go to more games.

They are breaking ground for a brand-new CFL Stadium that is only upgradeable to 40K. For the TiCats. No way in hell they allow a new NFL stadium to obsolete their shiny new investment.

Hamilton is going to be breaking ground for a brand new 30,000 seat CFL stadium in a few weeks. Took them quite some time for the funding. I would bet they arent going to be willing to plop a competing stadium down at the same time

I agree 100% with the 1st post. Thats exactly how I feel. The highs after a victory are still great... But Im not let down after a loss at all. I have a smile leaving the game as I had a fun day and expected them to lose. I believe also they cant/wont get anyone because to some degree Brandon/Littman/Overdorf have a say in the football product. Any strong (see also: Good) GM/Coach personalities would never agree to that position.

None of these changes fix anything. This micro level. They will continue to get soft personalities to capitulate to Brandon and other management. They need to nuke the whole organization. It wont happen until if/when there is a new owner.

I would like Todd Haley, honestly. Guy is a bit of a clown, but I think we need someone who isnt afraid to get into players' faces. Wouldnt work here though. The Bills' MO are to hire passive personalities for Coach, GM, etc. A strong personality would eat Brandon, etc alive IMO.

I watched most of the games that season and it was awesome. I still catch them when I can (and going next weekend vs Toledo).... But if it were ever 'serious' (perrennial MAC contenders or BCS Conference), I would go out of my way to catch every game. I wonder sometimes that if the Bills leave, if there would be a surge of support for UB and it would propel the program into at least the Big East

Definitely. Thats me to a "T" as far as college goes. Probably my favorite thing to watch, but I dont have a big rooting interest. Teams I hate, and teams I like. Some are interchangeable depending on the year. Also love gambling on it. Heading to the West Virginia/Kansas State game I root for UB though. If they were ever on the National Stage I would be pretty vested.

Good game. I dont care how the other teams' o-line is. You still have to get the job done.

Im struggling because I think they are a very good, young team. The most promise we have seen since this 12 year misery started. A couple more holes need to be plugged. The problem as I see it is the coaching and QB play is holding the team back. Those are pretty important places to fall short.

almost blew the entire season with that play call. The team played pretty well to put themselves in a position to win. Gailey blew it. I was yelling at the television before the snap. They had the game in their pocket.
